    I am trying to cancel my membership with the business. I have been trying to cancel the membership since June 2022. I went to the location of the gym to try and cancel the membership and the location was closed. A few days later I called the location to cancel the membership and was told I couldnt cancel over the phone and it had to be canceled in person. This is difficult as I work full time and dont have that much availability. I go on a different day and time to the location and again it was closed. I noticed that they charged me again in July for the membership so I called my bank and put in a stop payment since they still havent canceled the membership. I get a call in September from the business's payroll that in order to cancel I would have to pay the remaining balance on the membership and then come in person to cancel. I explain the same situation to the woman and she huffed and hung up the phone. I looked a few days later and noticed they had went around the stop payment and charged my account ***** which I am still not sure what that charge was for as well as the remaining balance without my consent. I had to dispute these charges with the bank to get my money back. And now December 16th I get a call from collections stating that I owe ****** for the balance on my membership that I have been trying to cancel since June. I do not believe that I should have to pay this as I have been trying to cancel the membership since June. Attached are the supporting documents.
