    When I first called and spoke with the owner/manager of Mid-Florida Pressure Cleaning Inc. he told me that the chemicals they use would not kill the plants down the edge of the driveway. I also told him that the home was going up for sale soon. I spoke with him this afternoon and now he says that I should have expected plant burn down the edge of the driveway. So called plant burn is one thing but dying plants three feet from the driveway is another thing. When I suggested that dying plants could affect the sale of the house and that he should send a representative out to inspect the issue he hung up on me.

    Yes ma'am, I believe Mr.***** has already communicated with you. We had a misunderstanding on the phone the other day. I thought that he hung up on me and he thought that I hung up on him. I would never intentionally hang up on a client.. We are always happy to help folks and we have come to a resolution that we will take care of any shrubs that may die and require replacing. I am very sorry that this happened in the first place is he is trying to put his house on the market.

    I was able to reach an agreement with the owner of this company. After speaking with him at my residence I would recommend this company to anyone.
