BAM to the rescue. A large diameter pine tree in our back yard was toppled by wind and it thankfully fell on a neighbors tree which avoided property damage. A BAM crew responded on an emergency basis in freezing/windy weather and removed the partially downed tree and did an awesome clean-up! Highly recommended!

The claim below made by ****** S is completely false. I am the neighbor who hired this tree service, and the only items that were cut were the bamboo that hung over my property line. This neighbor has video cameras that point directly on to my property, large motion sensor lights shining directly into my back yard, and has put up a "no trespassing" sign facing my fence. He has verbally attacked every single contractor I have hired to work on my home and is a menace to the neighborhood. **** and his team take painstaking care to ensure the safety and quality of work that they do. ****** is simply upset that I followed the law and removed the overhang of bamboo from my property line. I have hired him several times, as well as other neighbors around me. His professionalism exceptional.

On August 20, 2024 at 10:30 a.m., my security cameras alerted me to activity on the western most property line. I walked outside and encountered BAM TREE SERVICE (hired by my neighbor) reaching over the neighbors 6 privacy fence, and cutting down my bamboo , 2 feet into my property. When I explained to the employee who identified himself as the owner, **** *******, he apologized and admitted he was wrong in causing the damage. Unfortunately nothing more can be done to replace the 7 years of growth that provided my family with the security and privacy it was intended. This was a blatant ignorance of property line law. This should have been avoided. What can I do to stop this from happening again?

This review was written with intent to smear a combat veteran's business. This is the first negative review my business has received in 25+ years as an Arborist. Our reviews on ****** is outstanding. It appears this neighbor has had an axe to grind with every contractor that has ever performed work for my customer as written in her latest review here. 1. The only bamboo cut was done at the property line. As law is written, its property line straight up, and as directed by my customer this is what was performed. 2. The bamboo was cut by my employee, as directed by myself to cut to the property line and only the foliage hanging over. We were on the property to crown reduce a large dangerous tree hanging over "shared" power lines, and duel pool heat pumps prior to Hurricane season. There was no damage as damage would be deemed permanent. I apologized the bamboo was cut, but instructed to the neighbor it was instructed and preformed as outlined by the law. There really was no need to have a heated argument, and my customer addressed this in her review.
