    We waited all week for the guy to come Friday but he never showed. The office lady actually lectured us for not having answered the phone and called us liars! We refrained from planting, pending the location of the well. We were told they'd call and say what time Friday, but no call. So we left them a voice mail in the morning, and another in the afternoon. We finally reached someone in the office later in the afternoon and she said the crew would be in our neighborhood next. I told her we'd be here. I left my friend here in case they came while I was at a Dr. appt. They called during the Dr. appt - which I missed because my ringer was off. And, since I didn't answer they canceled - because we couldn't be reached! I hadn't heard the voice message and called again and was lectured. When I said, "Wait, I did confirm, by two voice messages..." she interrupted to lie and say I hadn't left two messages! "... And a live call - the appointment was confirmed!" My lady friend stayed here and could have been doing something else, but stayed and waited for the well digger. So then the office lady proceeded to lecture me about their policy of phone calls first! She added insult and lecture to injury. I wish there were a rating for less than one star - they deserve it.
