    I've paid this business to fix my vehicle. the first time they left something inside the engine and caused it to fail right away. i had to purchase the parts but labor was free to fix it the first time. A month later the engine failed for a second time and I did not repair the engine as it was destroyed. They then contacted me a couple months later and sold me on a used engine but they said they would stand behind the motor if anything happened. well the engine failed. they could not get me in for some time but offered me a refund. I pulled the engine and brought it back. I still to this day have not been given a refund and they have since sold this motor to someone else. I am unsure of what to do in this situation as I've paid over ****** in repairs and now I do not have the engine that I paid for. the engine was installed improperly. bolts not tightened or missing. O rings missing causing masive leaks. broken sensors, and a faulty wire harness.

    I have two invoices of work done for this ****. One dated 6/3/2021, work was performed and he submitted claim to his insurance company. Also work performed on 9/22/2022. He had indicated through text message everything was perfect. Then at some point in time in 2022, also had another shop working on his engine. I did not hear anything from him until this complaint. I have all text messages and invoices and the same pictures he posted of prior to work being done. I am also in the process of speaking with an attorney for defamation of character on social media and my rights regarding the repairs, since it was two years ago and there are no warranties once touched by another shop and the conversations on text between us that show the truck was repaired and he had issues again, but had someone else working on truck.

    This is work that was completed once in 2021 for an insurance claim and once in 2022. Customer did not indicate any issues after work was done. He had even text he had been driving the truck and then something happened and he was doing work at another shop to the engine. I am in the process of speaking with an attorney for defamation of character as well as this being two years ago. Warranties are not forever and I do not warranty items after they are brought to other shops. If there had been an issue it should have been brought in immediately.
