    We, ***************** No 171, entered into a service agreement with Mr. ********************************* for the installation of a 4-camera security system at our fraternity. The service was completed, and payment was rendered on the date of installation, 09/23/2023. ****************** successfully added the system to two mobile phones post-installation, which initially met our expectations.This limitation severely hampers our ability to ensure the safety and security of our premises.Despite repeated attempts to contact ****************** for assistance in setting up PC access and providing the requisite training or instructions on how to operate the system, our efforts have been unsuccessful. We have not received any response or support, leaving us with a security system that we are unable to fully utilize or understand.This situation has led to considerable inconvenience and concern for the safety of our fraternity members and property. Our sole request is for ****************** to provide the necessary support to enable PC access for the current person in charge and to offer the essential training or guidelines on operating the system effectively.We believe that ****************** has not fulfilled the entirety of his service agreement with us, specifically in providing post-installation support and training. We seek intervention from the Better Business Bureau to help resolve this matter promptly, ensuring that we can fully leverage the security system we have invested in for the safety of ***************** No 171.**Desired Outcome:**We request the immediate provision of support from Mr. ********************************* to:1. Enable access to the security system from a PC for the current person in charge.2. Provide comprehensive training or detailed instructions on how to operate the security system efficiently.We appreciate the Better Business Bureau's assistance in addressing this issue and look forward to a swift resolution that will enable us to secure our fraternity effectively.
