    The motel is disgusting, some rooms are in a back alley with illegally parked Rv trailers(I checked with Monroe County). The owner started yelling obscenities. The motel wouldn't return and portion of the payment and charged me for a room key because he couldn't rebook the room I was paying for. He wanted to rebook the room and not give me a refund.

    This customer was a missive problem before he even arrived.  He had a room in our most requested area - the garden section in the back of the motel.  There is no alley as the nearest other building is **** feet away.  the garden is a beautiful lush tropical area with seating and BBQ areas for our guests to relax in.

    The guest was repeatedly yelling at the female manager because he wanted a refund but refused to turn in his key which made it unsafe and illegal to rent the room to a new guest.  He had also booked a discounted nonrefundable rate but tried to work with him.  He wanted to hear nothing we said and kept threatening because "he worked for the government and would be shutting us down".

    He came and went several time threatening and yelling at female staff using a ton of vulgarities.  He even swore at them in Arabic which he was unaware I speak fluently and i am of Lebanese descent.

    As we were unable to rent his room he stayed and there is no refund entitled for him.
