      For several years, we used ACS for answering our Business phones for one week year and the next year in the next, but the last time we used them over a year ago, they set us up on a year service, which is not what I signed up for a year later they sent us a bill plus late fees which is something we did not sign onto And we never would have why would they send a bill a year later stating that we are overdue on our account but never doing it before? They do not respond to us, but they will after we go with their scam.

      It appears there may have been some miscommunication when you returned to our service late last year, as our system reflected a recurring monthly plan rather than a temporary arrangement. Weve left a few messages with your office, and your account manager, *****, has also emailed you with more details.

      To resolve the issue, weve applied credits to remove all charges from the invoices in question. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this has caused and appreciate your understanding.

      My company had Answering Service Care as our answering service for our medical practice from approximately January 2023 to October 2023. They were incredibly irresponsible with our messages. We had countless messages never delivered to us. We have a clinical practice along with long term care patients that are in facilities. Fortunately our facilities knew how to contact our mobile numbers because the service was not delivering several of our messages. I reached out many times to try to have them correct their administrative issues but it took me over 3 weeks to get a supervisor on the phone. At the end nothing was resolved. The last straw was when our messages weren't being delivered to us for a solid 2 weeks because the operators had an issue with the telephone lines and would tell our patients they were dialing the wrong telephone number. The operators didn't even know our providers names to redirect calls.

      I wanted to give a quick thanks to the team at Answering Service Care. I was having trouble finding an answering service that could meet the needs of patients and previously had not much luck finding a provider. There was a great sales rep who walked me through the options and answered my questions. I was a bit hesitant if the service provided would match what ******* said, but signed up and have nothing but positive things to say. My patients are happy that they are able to speak to knowledgeable people when it is after office hours. I am pleased my time is now freed up to focus more on patient care and it is nice to begin enjoying family dinners without being interrupted by phone calls as frequently. Thanks for helping me manage the calls for my practice!
