  I booked a job on 8/1/2023. They said I could cancel the order and get the refund in 24 hours. So I paid the deposit $1041 with ********* at 6:29pm on that day. Then I canceled the order at 7:57 Am on 8/2/2023 (with 24 hours). I forget to follow up this refund till this March. I've called them since 3/26/2024 daily. They told me that there was a note of refund on their system, but I haven't received it yet.

  3 days before the move they called ( 9 pm) and said they needed more money. How much he would not say . But it needed to be paid right now insisting that he is a direct debit (to access my checking account) They already have almost $800 asa down payment.

  US Moving Group reached out to me after I submitted my information for a move from MPLS to ATL. I paid a $677 retainer for an intricate list of items to move, movers who would break down certain items/transport to ATL/reconstruct said items/place it all in my home. I opted for this service as it allowed me to not need to travel back to MPLS & they offered a discount as they were already en-route to ATL. I would then owe $500 day of pick up & another $500 day of delivery. In between then, their subcontractors Lucrative Van Lines failed to call for my quality control appt, arrived late for pick-up, left materials behind, forced us to break down materials they were supposed to, arrived late for drop-off, arrived without help, asked my friend to help move all large materials in, did not set up materials they were supposed to and over-charged by $1,021. I contacted US MG again & was told they would do nothing even though I was clear on my MPLS contact being there only to open/close the door & Lucrative went behind my back to have him sign a contract locking me in the agreement. They said there was nothing they could do about differences in their contract vs Lucratives & if I wanted, I could look into a small claims case in court. Not only are they actively misrepresenting services offered, but they are unwilling to follow up on breaches of contract. As a business owner myself, anyone I contract out is a reflection of me and my company, but this is not the quality stance they take. My first cheerful sales call turned into a whirlwind of bad customer service and deliberate scams, so I highly recommend avoiding this company and any subcontractors they broker services to.

  This company took my money and never responded to me again, they charged me an amount that was not agreed upon and would never follow up with written confirmation on anything.
