    Complaint Against DF Pools:I am filing this complaint against DF Pools for their unacceptable delays, lack of professionalism, and failure to complete the pool reconstruction project in my backyard. The city approved the commencement of work eight months ago, yet the job remains incomplete. Initially, DF Pools assured me that the project would take no more than 2-3 months. Despite their promises, the work is still far from finished.Throughout this process, DF Pools has demonstrated a consistent lack of urgency and organization. They have never had more than three workers on-site at the same time, and there has not been a single week where they worked the full five days. Their lackadaisical approach and poor work ethic have been a constant source of frustration. Furthermore, their communication and transparency have been abysmal, making it impossible to collaborate effectively or trust their ability to deliver on their promises.Two months ago, after growing increasingly frustrated, I attempted to terminate the contract and hire another company to complete the job. However, DF Pools convinced me to give them another chance, promising to finish the project within three weeks. This promise, like all their previous assurances, has not been ************ date, I have paid DF Pools $98,000 for what should have been a straightforward pool project. The prolonged delays and subpar project management have caused significant stress and financial burden. I am requesting immediate intervention from the Better Business Bureau to hold DF Pools accountable for their negligence and to prevent other consumers from facing similar issues.This experience has been deeply disappointing, and I urge the BBB to investigate this matter thoroughly. I am seeking either the completion of the project within an acceptable timeframe or a refund of my payments to enable me to hire a competent contractor to finish the job.

    The company remodeled our pool and we kept them for weekly maintenance after remodeling. The year contract was signed 4/15/22. The contract states my pool will be cleaned weekly, this has not occurred. They have missed weeks multiple times, yet I am not credited for the missed week. They installed a salt-water system yet they are constantly adding chlorine to my pool which is not appropriate if the salt-system pool is maintained properly. They actually changed the technician that comes to my house because they stated he was not familiar with salt systems. My pool has a spillover that hasn't been working I asked the technician he said it was because filter was dirty it still not working. They currently haven't come to my house in over a week, meanwhile my pool is dirty and full of algae. I have called and emailed them but they have not responded to me. I want out of the contract because they obviously do not have the personnel or expertise to maintain my pool.
