      Wish I had checked these reviews before trusting this Business.
      They sold be a defective phone #1 replaced after 3 days with 2nd phone as an upgrade that was additional purchase, that phone failed within 2 days. I called the Samsung Warranty Line and found out that the phone was not eligible for warranty coverage.. it was to old. Now out of pocket over $300 for a phone that wouldn't even turn on.
      When I called Dom's they said it wasn't a used phone.
      I decided not to repair this phone cause that would have increased my insult of having been
      scammed by this company.
      I sent a copy of the Federal Trade Commisson Complaint to the them and they offered to fix my phone .. just what I wanted to interact more and subject myself to them once again taking advantage of me. This was an out of date phone. I seek reimbursement ..which is highly unlikely
      after my conversation with the Manager: Autumn..
      Please think twice and read all the comments displayed here to inform yourself of this business businesses practices. THIS COMPANY ADVISED ME AFTER THE FACT THAT THEY DON'T WARRANTY ANY PHONE ..BUYER BEWARE!!

      I hope this letter finds you well. I wanted to address your recent concerns regarding our warranty and refund policies at Dom’s Mobile Hut.
      Firstly, I apologize for any inconvenience you may have experienced. As stated in our policy, we do not offer warranties on our products. Additionally, refunds are not provided, as clearly indicated on our receipts and prominently displayed in our stores.
      However, we would appreciate your willingness to bring in your phone for assessment. We remain committed to assisting you in resolving any issues with your device. Please feel free to visit our store, and our team will be more than happy to take a closer look and help you get your phone fixed.

      wow I cant leave a review without a star!!!!!! buyer beware.... 1/3/24 I purchased internet service with tv bundle paid for all equipment cash was asked if I wanted to set up automatic draft. I said no. then was asked if I wanted to apply for a credit account which would bill me and I could pay monthly on the equipment instead of paying total today I said sure so sales person had me do a credit application which was denied. in this application I had to give my bank acct/ routing number when I question why? she said it was the only way I could complete the application for credit.
      she was secretly signing me up for auto pay without my knowledge!!!!!!!
      after going home setting up equipment only to find out that the apps that I was able to stream from were already free to use on any device. there were many others you had pay for
      feb I went in and told them that after my 3 months of what they called free tv I would not keep the plan so I would then only pay for internet service. the past two months I have gone in made payment and told them this .
      only to go in today and the agent says I just tried to call you. I said why? she said your payment is due today and we tried to run your card and it did not go through I asked why did they run my card I did not set up automatic draft. I walk in each month and make my payments. then after going in the back to have a conference they came out and quoted me my bill which had almost doubled from what I was told my monthly bill would be. then they tried to explain that it was cheaper because they had you set up on auto pay..... I exclaimed i have never been on your auto pay what are you talking about? now they call someone on the phone to discuss how much I really owe. seems to me they are charging whatever they feel . this is shady business practice at its best

It appears that the individual assisting you was a trainee, and their understanding of our system for autopay and non-autopay prices was not accurate. You were applying through a leasing company, as they request additional information to get approval, including banking details. However, this information is not in our system. Your payments have remained unchanged since day one, at $89.99.If you would like to review the reports related to your account, I’d be happy to provide them.       I wish i could give 0 stars.
      I walked in a week ago to reactivate my internet plan with this company. When I walked in there was an IRATE customer calling the company thieves and crooks. Should have been a red flag.
      I paid $160 to have my internet reactivated. It worked for about 48 hours and then went down again. Not sure why as I paid my due.
      I called and asked and they told me I would have to come in store because it was an 'unknown tech issue' -- I said okay.
      The following day another employee reached out to notify of the increase in price.
      I let them know I would likely be cancelling because my service was not even working after reactivation to begin with.
      I called the next day to see how to get a refund since I was not even given my service. I let them know they could pro rate me for the days that it was working (2 days). They told me they do not allow refunds.
      I will be filing a law suit as my attorney has looked over the paperwork and approved should they continue to deny my refund. I am sure Dom is a nice guy, but his future isn't looking too bright with policies such as these. You had a good run Dom.

      I left a review on Google and the owner had an incredibly immature response; "keep doing big things, I'm sure you are 100% perfect in all aspects of your life. We strive to be just like you!" He stated he fired the employee due to my review and said, "we hope you have a great weekend knowing your review cost the job of a veteran employee". The individual messaged and called my number (and my grandmother) saying if I changed my review to 5 stars, she would get her job back. I did not personally give this individual my phone number (or my grandmothers). They had to find my and her info in the business files. Your personal data is not safe here. My phone had speaker damage due to the repair Dom's did and I had to get it fixed the next day (through a different company).
