    They keep delaying my internet every time I try and log on for 4 days now, and other privacy concerns such as giving out my email to other guest in the park. Also doing it what appears so they can use it illegally as well.

    We are an RV park and time to time we have repairs that need to be addressed.  On or about Jan. 30th we had one of our wells that needed to be repaired which necessitate us turning off the electrical breaker which serves the internet.  The electrical portion of the repair took 1 day.  Once the electrical portion was repaired, we had to rebuild the frame which took another day or so.  However, the internet was up and running  during this portion of the repair.  ******* was notified that the internet was up and running.  ******* has also complained about people knocking on her RV at all hours of the night.  After some investigation, it was determined that it is the walnut tree next to her RV dropping walnuts.  She also complains about the tenant next to her and his dog.  We addressed this issue the first time she brought it to our attention.  ******* has also called our office phone late in the evening and in the early morning hours as evidenced by the attached email.  She has been notified that this is unacceptable and that management and staff address emergencies only after hours.  Our staff also has a list of all tenants and RV visitors in the event of an emergency.  We have offered to move ******* to another RV spot or she could find another RV park that better suits her needs.

     As of this morning, we have confirmed our internet connection is working.  ******* contacted our office again this morning and stated that she has a new telephone device and that she needs the internet so she can look for a job.  We offered to assist ******* with her new device to see if we could get things up and running for her  - she declined our offer. Our WiFi specialist is also looking into the matter however, the park is displaying 2-3 bars. We have 30 mobile homes and 46 long term RV tenants.  We have not received any other complaints.


    ******* pays $685/mo for rent.  She has paid her rent for February.  I have attached a letter which was hand delivered to ******* yesterday, 2/4/25.  Again, we offered another RV space to her or she has the option to move to another RV park. 

    We do not agree with her monetary claim of $3,400 since she has not lost work due to her claim of no internet.  We have other tenant that work from their RVs and we have received no complaints from them. There is truly nothing more we can do to assist her with her internet/WiFi connection.
