    The condo HOA has used the company for years and there's been nothing but problems with our elevator since. Renters and residents have been stuck on floors, and property owners have lost money.

    My experience with Mowery Elevator has been marked by significant frustration due to their lack of communication, ineffective workflows for handling service calls, and overall disappointment with their service. Communication is consistently poor, with delayed and insufficient responses to service requests, making coordination challenging. The workflow for dealing with service calls is inefficient and disorganized, leading to delayed responses and a lack of transparency and accountability. Despite repeated attempts to engage with their team, the issues persist, severely impacting the reliability and trustworthiness of their services. Until these problems are addressed, I cannot recommend Mowery Elevator and remain highly dissatisfied with their performance.

    Over charge on their service calls and replacement parts. They constantly guess what the diagnosis is and just keep replacing parts until they get it right. Very bad business practices.
