    Hello,My name is Rena ****** and I am filing this complain on Motel 6 in Marianna Florida.My complaint is about price gouging which is against the law and false advertising online.They say online tge they have a pool which is false because the pool has mold and fungus in it.They say they have a spa and food and drinks false there is not any of that.Me and my children could possibly get kicked out of this hotel but I have to tell someone about the way we have been treated here.My fiance worked here even though he was not clocking in to work at all and was working long hours even at night.They had my fiance as a housekeeper but he did no housekeeping work he was throwing trash and heavy furniture away even though he's disabled and not supposed to be lifting heavy furniture.My fiance went to the hospital now fighting for his life and he was given a discount for working here and now I am paying them but everytime I pay them the manager sky continue to say I owe more money when I have been keeping track of everything I have paid he keeps Changing the price of the room and also I have pictures of mold in this room on the ceiling which he said he would move us from but still have not.I have pictures and notes on the room and money I have been paying. I really need someone to please help me to understand if this is legal or not.My fiance has had his bike stolen from this hotel and the manager did not write a report about it.We have had loss here and I have been trying to do what I can to keep a room over my children's heads until we get an apartment but this prices changes has to stop.Thank you Rena ******.

    HELLO THANK YOU FOR INFORM US.RENE ****** SHE COMPLAINT ABOUT ROOM FIRST OF ALL SHE IS NOT REGISTERD GUEST ,HER HUSBUND IS REGISTERD GUEST.SHE COMPLAINT BECAUSE WE ASKEING FOR  $600 PAYMANT. SHE JUST PAID 2 DAYS AGO.EVERY TIME WE ASKING FOR ROOM SERVICE SHE DECLINE .WE OFFER TO CHNAGE THE ROOM BUT AGINE SHE DECLINE.SHE BROKED TOILET WE REPLACE NEW TOILET. WE OFFER ALL SERVICE BUT SHE DON'T WANT TO  CHANGE A  ROOM. WE GAVE ONE FREE NIGHT ALSO.
