    This is a case of bait and switch in reference to pricing,
    After calling this company for a price to install a bathroom faucet set I was told the price would be
    $159. I was then transferred to a company rep. We set a time today of 10am to 1pm. The plumber came out about 11:15am today. I explained what needed to be done. The plumber finished in about 35 min. and presented me with a super large bill of $677 not $159. The plumber said the $159 was the charge to just come out to the job. Not explained during the call. Most of the work was done my myself. It only took about 35 minutes to complete the job. I am very dissatisfied with how this company quoted one price and changed to a very unexpected and large charge of $677. Very misleading. I will never do business with this company again and will advise all of my friends and associates to do the same. THIS COMPANY SHOULD NOT HAVE A CUSTOMER REVIEW RATING OF 5 STARS!! One star, if any, would be more appropriate.

    When we spoke with you initially, we did mention that the $159 charge was for the service dispatch, and that additional charges would apply for the repair work. It seems there was a breakdown in communication, and we deeply regret that you didn’t feel fully informed about the costs involved. Our goal is never to deceive or mislead our customers, and we are sorry that you feel this way.

    We always aim to provide transparency and clear expectations, and it’s unfortunate that this wasn’t reflected in your experience. We appreciate your comments and will take them into consideration to improve how we communicate our pricing in the future.

    Thorough, explained everything in detail, and gave short term solutions to the problem until it’s able to be fixed properly. As well as being kind enough to repeat sentences in order for me to write down what was being said.
    Over all, clear and straightforward.

    After moving to Marianna in 2021, I have used this company for many projects, from well repair, electrical upgrades, and the latest, a complete renovation of my c.1950 bathroom and install of a new, tankless natural gas water heater. Needless to say, I am thrilled with the results and highly recommend them!
    With each project, I have been kept as comfortable as possible, and the work has been done with care and precision. The owner hires competent and ethical tradesmen, and personally takes great care to monitor the progress of any work done, and honestly, this company can handle pretty much any project, repair and maintenance you might need!
