    The date of transactions are 07/13/2022 and 08/18/2022 Paid for spot ate rv resort from Oct 1st thru Oct 31st for amount of $975 on 07/13/2022 and $975 on 08/18/2022 for total of $1950 I understand the horrific situation there and am praying for all. How long should I wait for a refund or at least a response. I have been trying to get in touch. I have emailed. Im torn worrying about my refund when people have lost everything and even lives. Im just afraid if I let it go, Ill never hear back from this business. Appreciate any response! Thank you for youre time! *********************** 10/05/2022

    I am rejecting this response because:
    They have never contacted us, we always call them and now they are not answering us and will not call us back when we leave a message. Our credit card refunded us, Sugar Sand Beach Resort disputed it so a charge was put back on our bill. We are disputing their dispute. No one from Sugar Sand Beach Resort has ever contacted us. Sad to say that ******** lost a lot, which is where this resort is. We were down there on Pine Island 2 weeks after hurricane *** and there was no way anyone could have been accommodated. They want us to us reservations at a later date, its going to take years before things will be better. We are so sorry for what has happened. Im sure they have insurance for their business. We are left out in the dark with no protection from business practices. This was not a normal weather condition!!
