    I inquired about a set of filters at Cross Filters for my Case 580CK Backhoe/Loader that I saw advertised online by them. I contacted a sales representative with a request to make up a special set of filters because I didn't need the paper air filter for my Case because it has an oil bath filter system instead. This sales representative offered me a set of filters that were right for me at a discount, as stated in an email saying: Discount NO AIR FILTER-$15.00 Subtotal $71.00 Shipping $0.00 Estimated taxes $0.00 Total $71.00 USD You saved $15.00 I was also provided with an invoice number of #D5775 and a link to where I could complete the transaction. I used this link to pay the above amount for my set of filters with my credit card. Cross Filters then sent me a confirmation email on 6/15/2023 at 12:42 PM saying:"Thank you for your purchase! We're getting your order ready to be shipped. We will notify you when it has been sent," and gave me an order number *****.The next day, June 16th, I received an email from Cross Fitlers saying:"Your order has been canceled. Order ***** was canceled at your request and your payment has not yet been refunded."I did not request a cancelation of this order. When I inquired about this at Cross Filters chat line they accused me of fraud. Then they sent another email with a new price of $86. I have no idea what they are doing with my order and the amount of money I paid. They said..."your payment has not yet been refunded," but what I want is not a refund, but for the transaction to be fulfilled as was offered to me originally as outlined in order number ***** on 6/15.
