    I placed an order with Alain Ammunitions on November 29, I paid the owner $300 dollars on November 30th. Since then, they have not followed up with any shipping information. I have tried calling them, emailing them, chatting online and no responses. I have been trying to get in touch with them for either my order or a refund and they are not responding to anything.

    https://mcclainammunition.com/contact-us/I ordered one case of 30 caliber carbine ammunition from the above website on 10/11/2022. I received an email from the company requesting payment to be made through their designated payee ***************************** at PayPal Friends and Family and also that it was necessary to order a minimum of 2 cases. I made one payment to their designated payee on 10/11/2022 in the amount of $330.00 USD and a second payment of $330.00 USD to the same designated payee on 10/12/2022.The company stated that shipment would be made within 3 days and I would receive a tracking number. It has been over a week and since receiving my payments totaling $660.00 USD; the company is no longer responding to any of my emails. Their listed telephone number does not work. It is evident that ******* Ammunition operating from the address listed at ********************************************************************** telephone number of ************ is a complete scam. PayPal states that I have no remedy through them as payment was made via Friends and Family. It is imperative that this scam be put to an end immediately before anyone else falls victim to this scam. I would like to upload copies of the emails but haven't been able to figure that out. Give me an address to forward them to and I will do that.

    Sorry but I can see he is talking about mcclainammunition.com and not Alainammunitions.com. But why will mcclainammunition.com scam him and he will open a bbb file and complain about my company. Please do well to correct that.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    I corrected the error made in the company name by BBB notation, however my statement clearly lists the correct name as ******* Ammunition.

    I filed complaint against the company because they have not delivered the product I purchased and have not responded to my emails as well as their listed telephone number doesn't work.

    For the company to remedy this complaint, they can refund my money or deliver the product I purchased.
