    found ************************* in a online search for aftermarket auto parts. went to buy something on the website, it error'd out and wouldn't allow the transaction. I waited a few days came back and went to go purchase the item again thinking the error was because the holiday weekend, it didn't work again. I called and left a voicemail, and the message said I could text so I also sent a text. I gotta call back from ******** *********** from j&f customs and he said that I lucked out and that he makes the parts in pairs and that he was actually in the process of starting to make one for another customer. So I said great how can i get him paid, he said ***** so I sent the money. The estimated lead time is typically 4-8 weeks and it's been almost over 36 weeks. All i hear about is how *** just has to come get the package... that he just has to drop it off... for the past 3 months thats all i hear about... and nothing happens(they even gave me a fake tracking number)... it's a comedy at this point to see what the new excuse is for this week. I've never been rude, never rushed him... he even seems nice enough, but... nothing is happening. and for the past 2 months ive been requesting to just get a refund and he won't do ANYTHING... its insane. all he has to do is accept my refund request, i already sent the request to him. he just has to login and press 'accept'it's mind boggling to me that any upstanding business owner would allow an issue like this to fester for so long? and what's worse... i'm NOT the only one, so shame on me for not reading further into this business. if you look on the florida chamber of commerce site as well as ****** maps you can see other people experiencing this same issue.
