I hired a company to install new impact windows in my single family home, once the work was completed and we received a heavy rainfall my husband and I noticed an excessive amount of water pouring into our home. They were done in July2022 the water started coming in November when we received heavy rain. They never sealed the windows or doors and never made water drainage holes, therefore the water drained in my house and through the walls instead of outside. When I contacted the contractor they came and drilled holes and sealed the windows however are not helping fix any of the water damage to my home. They told me they have fired the workers who did such a poor job on the installation but wont help me fix the damage that acquired from there negligent workers. I have had three companies give me a quote to repair the damage and this company is saying they wont cover the damage. This damage occurred only because the work was done improperly in the first place. I am willing to have this company fix on their own with the work that I was quoted by other companies but they are not willing to help. I feel as though they are taking advantage of me and my husband in a very unprofessional way since they caused this damage to occur from the staff that they admitted installed the windows improper. Please help me resolve this is issue.

I'm reaching out to ask you not to close my case, as your office is my only source of support in seeking compensation from MRG company for the damages they inflicted. As mentioned in my previous email, I am unable to engage in litigation with MRG since I don't have money to  hire a lawyer. While your office requested a photo of the warranty mentioned in the contract, I want to clarify that my concern is not related to the warranty of the product. Instead, it pertains to the damage caused to my house as a result of their installation.

Since I am not in a litigation with them, please do not forwarding my complaint to the company's lawyer and, instead, direct it to MRG company.
Regarding your mention of not receiving clarification on the business, I apologize for any confusion. MRG is a prominent company in the Miami area. For your reference, I have attached a copy of an email from Mrs. ******** who represents MRG, at the end of this message.
I seek your assistance in facilitating communication with MRG and urging them to respond. I am not requesting the $14,000 estimated by the repairing company; rather, I am hopeful that MRG will engage with me and offer a fair resolution to enable me to address the necessary repairs to my house.

Also, I recently received a letter from my *** stating that the impact windows were installed without the necessary *** permit, and they are imposing a penalty of $100 per day. Given that MRG is responsible for obtaining all required permits before undertaking any work, I find myself in this predicament.
I have already reached out to Mrs. ******* via email, seeking information regarding the *** permit. Unfortunately, I have not received a response from them.
I kindly request that you include this matter in the overall complaint to ensure it is properly addressed. Your support in resolving this additional issue is greatly appreciated.
    Thank you,
