    I use this company to forward mail to me in the ******************. I am a ** citizen. Some packages are missing. But only items that are shipped via ***** The only answer they ever give is that the *********** never delivered them. I have never had so many packages get lost in the mail ever before. So far 5 in 6 months. This last package was valued at ******+ dollars. They have received a package with an iPad in it and they claim it is being held by customs. However, they never provided proof. I have lost books and a laser level. The vitamins are the last straw. The phone number provided is never answered. There is no investigation into the loss. They dont even keep track of who receives the mail. It has become hit or miss. I really need the vitamins I ordered. My husband has cancer and he needs them to help him through his treatments. They claimed that I threated someone in an office, which I did not, then told me I was banned from their offices. I am one woman. There were three men in that office. I just want the products I purchases or the money for the replacements.
