2/19/25 order placed for product(****************************), advertisement says allow 2-3 weeks for shipping. Checking out says it could take 3-4 weeks. I think it's fair to assume I should have the product physically in my hands by then. Have reached out several times only for things to keep getting postponed. My experience with this company regarding shipping time has traditionally been favorable, always within a few days. For this order it has currently been over a month. I really just want what I paid for and I don't feel I'm being taken seriously as a *repeat* customer. Would love for my order to be fulfilled and shipping upgraded to expedited at this point. When a customer places an order at checkout, it is very clearly stated that our processing times are 2-4 weeks out due to large order volumes. If we experience ANY delays, those ship times get pushed back slightly.

Resolution works for me, but I want it to be noted that this order was placed on 2/19(well past the 2-4 week **** by now) and clearly the product wasn't actually available. So, if they are getting hundreds of my dollars I expect better service. At the moment my order still isn't fulfilled which is fine but again I raise the 2-4 week **** that their customer service wants to stress. It's been that long, and the squeaky wheel gets the grease. I don't think I'm being unreasonable when I think a month wait time is subpar. Not only that, I was told 2 weeks in a row that they would 'try to get it out by the end of the week' which didn't happen. Ok, thank you. I'm done ranting.Customer Answer

Rifle was advertised as a ******** brand rifle which has been disassembled and cleaned. I received the rifle and in order to tell what brand it was I had to disassemble it. Upon disassembly I notice it was a schwarzel brand and it was filthy dirty. I contacted royal tiger imports and they replied they show pictures for me to review and they would accept return but charge 20 percent. I fell that just not right. I fell they credit my card 100 dollars would be fair. They have similar rifles in that shape and better brands for 100 dollars less than I paid.Business Response

To whom this may concern,
At this time, we are accepting that this was an error on our end as we listed the rifle as a "******** Hunting Rifle" when it in fact was not. ********** were made in *******, not *******. This rifle had nothing but German markings.
However, we made the markings clear in each photo that was listed on our website for this rifle. Mr. ************ did not look at the photos. It wasn't until he received the rifle that he noticed the same markings that were in the photo.
At this time, we are willing to offer the following:
1) An exchange on the rifle for something else within the same price range or less
2) A full store credit to have applied to future purchases
3) A return for refund, minus a 20% restocking fee - per our company policy.

I purchased and paid for 8/29/24,a parts kit that was to come with a cut receiver. However upon receiving it 9/14/24 receiver parts were incomplete. Sixteen days to ship from ******* to *******! Only part of the receiver was there. I contacted them to ask for a complete cut receiver and was told NO, but could return the entire order minus $29.99 return fee plus additional return shipping cost. Therefore the cut pieces were just scrap metal. First time and last time I will do business with them.Business Response

This is a response to the complaint made by ****************.
On August 29th, **************** placed an order with us for a VZ 61 Skorpion Parts Kit Complete Parts Kit Unissued with US Made Threaded Barrel and 10 rnd Mag. We receive these kits from ******** as is. In the description for this specific parts kit, we state the following:
"Please note there may be some small handling marks/scratches on the metal and/or wood components. The receiver is torch cut, one small middle section of the receiver set is removed." When a receiver is cut, it is cut into 4 different sections. Unfortunately, we only received 3 of those sections from ********. But, this is mentioned in the description that a piece of the receiver is removed - which this wording may be the problem. When we say "removed," we mean it was "removed prior to us receiving the kits from ******."
Yesterday, September 16th, **************** reached out to me via email letting us know that a piece was missing. He requested that we send him a "complete receiver." That is physically impossible for us to do when we did not receive complete receivers for these kits. I then responded to **************** and reminded him as to what our description states for his kit. I let him know that if he was unhappy, he could return the kit for a refund, but there would be a 20% restocking fee as he did not read the description. This is our company policy, but maybe he wouldn't know as he is a first time customer.
However, it is stated in our company policy and terms and conditions on our website, that if a customer returns an order due to an error that's NOT by us, then we are to charge a 20% restocking fee. Technically, we should also be charging him shipping if he was to have it returned, but we were not going to charge him shipping - only a restocking fee. (Please see the email corresponding attachments between myself and ****************).
Immediately after that, **************** said he was no longer doing business with us. In addition to this, it is very clearly mentioned on our website in numerous areas MAINLY at checkout, that ALL orders are taking 2-4 weeks to ship once an order is placed due to our large volume of orders. (Please see attachment). If it took us 16 days to ship his order, then it was shipped in the timeframe we advertise.
The only resolution for this issue is to have the parts kit sent back for a refund, as we are not going to send him a complete receiver. It is not something we are physically able to do and he knows this. I will waive the restocking fee if it makes him happy, but it is our company policy to charge a 20% restocking fee - so I apologize if I offended him with that.

Several months ago i was sent an advertisement for purchase of M-1 carbine ammunition and a bandoleer of M-1 Carbine ammunition. I responded with an order, paid for it and the associated shipping costs with a credit card. and it was acknowledged and a shipping date was to be determined at a later date. Subsequently, I received a request for a copy of my Driver's License (DL), which I forwarded uncover of an attachment to an email. I later called the number ************************, and asked to speak to ***************************, which the person self-identified as her. I inquired as to the date of delivery of my purchase, to which she replied it normally take two to four weeks, which it already had been. I subsequently received and email that my order was cancelled due to "not sending in the proper paperwork needed." I replied that I fully expected my order to be shipped, as I had previously complied with their request and even had an email stating they had received the copy of my DL. I had neither received a refund of the items and/or the shipping charges nor my specified items. My next step is to seek legal remedies for the cost of my items and shipping.Business Response

The order was cancelled on June 28th due to us not receiving the proper identification to complete his order for processing. However, upon researching his order information, it has been brought to my attention that when the order was cancelled by my representative, a refund was never issued.
At this time, I have gone ahead and issued a FULL refund for the order in the amount of $199.70 rather than the $150.00 you've disputed for. He is entitled to his entire refund. A copy of his refund receipt is attached, and has also been sent to **************** directly.

I ordered a German WWII K98 rifle from royal tiger imports and subsequently received it via ****** Upon examination of the rifle I found that it was not marked as a German WWII k98 rifle as advertised. I also found that the rifle is defective in that it has severe pitting inside the received and breech of the rifle. Also the barrel was listed as a new criterion barrel, but it fact it is heavily rusted. I want a refund and will send the rifle back to the company. This fraudulent advertising and fraudulent sale of a defective rifle. The rifle was advertised as a collectors rifle, but is not a collector rifle. On Saturday, June 15th, 2024, we received an email at 8:09pm regarding Mr. ****** defective rifle. Within that email, ************* stated that his rifle was defective, and he demanded that we send him a return label to have his rifle sent back for a full refund. We were in fact rude,and very unpleasant.
************** then decided to reach out to us via our contact us submission form which can be found on our website. That email was sent to us at 10:43pm that same night.
Our business hours are Monday Friday from 9am to 5pm EST.That is made visible when looking us up on ******* and it is also listed on our website. Due to that, we did not receive his emails until 9am this morning;June 17th, 2024.
I have already gone ahead and processed a prepaid return label for **************, which he should have already received by email.*** also gone ahead and let him know that upon us receiving his defective rifle back in our building, we will be processing his refund minus the shipping cost of $29.99. To whom it may concern,
Per my communication with **************, I informed him that due to the nature of this situation - we would be refunding him in full, minus the shipping cost due to us having to pay to have the rifle returned. ************** was not satisfied with us keeping the $29.99 shipping cost that is required, per our company policy. We are also supposed to keep a 20% restocking fee, but in this case - we were not.
Upon speaking with management, we agreed to go ahead and refund him the shipping cost as well. We did not receive the returned rifle until Friday, June 21st. Upon receiving the returned rifle, I then went and issued Mr. ***** a full refund for the amount of $2,629.98. Please find the confirmation receipt attached.
************** reached out to me via email over the weekend, and informed me that he will not be closing this complaint until his refund is received.
At this time, we have done everything on our end to resolve this situation with Mr. *****, and we've closed this case on our end. It's in now in the hands of his credit card company and bank. We have no control over when they will release the funds to him.

Just received a rifle that I purchased from them that has a major defect. The defect was not listed in the items description although defects like this were described on other items for sale. I would not have purchased this if the defect was described. When I contacted them about the problem I was told that it was my fault and that I should have looked at the pictures they posted of the item more closely and that they had no responsibility to describe any defects. This being my responsibility was not posted with the items for sale and I have not seen it anywhere on their website. No refund was offered but I could return the item if I paid a 20% restocking fee. To Whom It May ************************************ to the complaint that was made by *********************************. ************************** placed an order with our company for a VZ 52/57 Serial Number *******. Upon receiving the rifle, he noticed that there was a crack on the right-hand side of the stock. In the very first photo of that listing, you can see in the photo that there is a crack. All of our rifles are going to have typical wear and handling use due to these rifles being over *************************** the description. We encourage all of our customers to review the photos and the description prior to making their purchase, as you would with any online company you are purchasing from. He did not do so.
He then reached out to one of our representatives, *******, and addressed the issue. Per our terms and conditions, we may issue a free return label if there is an RTI error, and in certain circumstances - we will issue a refund minus shipping and with a 20% deduction as a restocking fee. He was not happy with that solution.
He then stated that he did not want to return the rifle to us, but that we still needed to issue him a partial refund without him sending his gun back to us. We do not operate that way. So, we will not be issuing a refund to ************************** unless he returns the rifle back to us with the free return label that we provide him.

I am rejecting this response because:The description of this rifle did not mention the crack. Other rifles for sale at the same time and since that are cracked had the defect listed in the description. The description listed this as having normal handling, dents and dings with no mention of the major defect on the rifle I received. I would not have bought it if an accurate description had been posted. Making the buyer of an item search for a crack by enlarging posted pictures with the seller making no mention of it borders on fraud. The seller said that I could return the rifle if I paid a $300 restocking fee. This would require me to pay an huge fee to correct their failure to post an accurate description. I did counter that the condition of the rifle as received was not worth what I paid for it and I requested a refund. I have purchased from them before with no problems but a brief internet search discloses that their business practices are shady with many dissatisfied customers.

To Whom It May ******************* speaking with our warehouse manager, we agree that this situation was indeed an error on our end. It should have stated in the description that there was a large crack, regardless of if it was shown in the photos or not. The description ALWAYS has to match what the photos show for this very reason.
As a result, we will be issuing a return label to have the rifle sent back and have a refund issued, minus shipping. That is also stated in our terms in conditions and is due to us having to pay for the return label in order to send it to the customer to have the rifle returned.

I bought a rifle from Royal Tiger Imports on April 12, 2023. Order number* ****** ***********************************************************
The description claims the rifles are "Grade A: These rifles are in NRA very good condition." When I received the rifle, it was in horrible condition. It was so dirty that I couldn't see the wood grain on the stock. There was rust in the chamber that prevented the cartridge from entering. The ejector wouldn't grab the shell. The rear sites didn't move. I had originally planned on kinda restoring it, but when I got it, it required a lot more work than expected. I did get it restored and all the metal parts are cleaned and moving. It looks nice, now, but with extra effort. The rifle I received didn't look like the one in the photo. There were two options of quality: $399.99 for a lesser quality and $499.99 for better quality. I opted for the $499.99 rifle. I emailed the company and they responded asking what I would like them to do and tell them exact problems with pictures, which I did...2 weeks ago! Haven't heard back. As stated in the description, we believe that with a little bit of elbow grease, you will be able to turn the rifle into a cherished beauty. The image on the listing is of a rifle that we cleaned specifically for the listing, and is not an advertisement of the quality of the rifle. I am rejecting this response because: I thought I was getting a riffle in the same condition that was in the picture. The description did not say that picture is of a cleaned up rifle, nor did it say that my rifle would be as dirty as it was. But, it seems to me that this business is ran by crooks, getting away with false advertisement. And I know that they are not going to do anything about my situation. I told them that I will never buy anything from them again or will I tell anyone else to waste their money on RTI. I am, however, letting people know about my horrible experience with the company.

Its a really shame to order one of this restored rifles expecting it to function flawlessly only to have the front end of the gas block along with your operating rod to blow apart even when firing only 50 standard M1 ball 150g rounds and then to reach out about a possible defect in there restored parts only to be ignored email after email its honestly a shame to see such a rifle be poorly restored like this, next time ill just stick with going for a CMP vs taking a gamble with others along with RTI whos customer support has proven to be disappointingBusiness Response

This company deleted a review I made on one of their items I purchased on their website. I mad a 1 star review and a it uploaded hot problems. Went back a few weeks later and the review is gone and the item has 5 stars. My complaints and issues were legitimate and they are clearly trying to hide something. I tried contacting them multiple times with my issues and never had a response. The items both were in non working order when I received them even thought they were both guaranteed to be functional. One was new and the other item was used. This is horrible business practice and needs to be addressed. I think I deserve my money back because of all the issues I've had with this company. I've read many forums about this website since and many people have experienced the same issues I did EXCEPT for deleting a review with his horrible business practice! They know exactly what my review said and they didn't want people to see it. That means they were hiding something. I never received any "parts kit" from these people. My item was defected after receiving it, asked for assistance with my defective item and didn't get any. That was my first issue. Second issue is I made a review on a second item I bought from them and someone on their team deleted it. It was a 1 star review. Currently the item has 5/5 stars because they deleted my review. This is all 100% true and now I'm even more mad because they are either lying about me or think they are talking about a different customer or don't have the full details. The 2 photos I provided are the 2 separate emails I sent with no reply. I explained my issue. And no resolve. Also the 3rd picture is the latest reviews of the item I purchased and gave a one star review and you can see it's all 5 stars recently. 4th picture is proof of my purchases. Please excuse the poor photos, I had to find all this on my computer. I am now demanding a refund for both items.

I apologize. He had 2 orders one for a parts kit the other for the Pardus Shotgun. I was waiting to hear from him on what the gunsmith he was taking it to to look at said and never heard back from the customer. If there are issues with the Pardus Shotgun we are happy to take is back and send it off to get repaired by Pardus as the warranty is under them since they are the manufacturer.

They are still wrong about what my orders are. One is NOT a parts kits, but it is a RIFLE that you say was in "functional condition" which it wasn't!! I had to buy extra parts to make it work which it still currently isn't 100% functional and when dealing with firearms you CANNOT take these risks. Don't call it a PARTS KITS AND TRY TO GET OUT OF SELLING A "FUNCTIONAL ITEM"
The other firearm I already sold as parts since I never received ANY reply for months and there weren't any parts online for this item and I was left with no choice but to sell it or have a large paper weight. So no you can't come now and try to fix it MONTHS LATER
These replies from this company get worse and worse each time! And now I am beyond complaints, I'm gonna have to take legal action now with them because of them lying in their replies with the BBB and myself.

What is it that you want? We have offered to get it repaired by the manufacturer that makes this shotgun, we never heard back about it from you on what your gunsmith had said. Your emails state how happy you are with all of your orders but here you say you are not. I am willing to offer a resolution but need to know what you are wanting not just saying the same complaint repeatedly. Customer satisfaction is paramount.

I would like a refund for the Pardus Shotgun since it never worked, you never got back to me and I was forced to sell as parts so I no longer own it. Plain and simple.

So I was expected to keep a paper weight AFTER YOU never replied to my issues for months!? I'm sorry I do not accept your response. You clearly don't realize the implications your company caused to create the situation we find ourselves in now. I want a refund for my item now. We know you can issue the refund, and you're just pulling some rule out of thin air.
