Dishonest, Incompetent, Terrible customer service Bunch of charlatans Avoid at all cost

*****, we had 2 inspectors out and let you know you had multiple spots of wood rot in your roof that needed a roofer to repair before we could take the job. We visited 3 times free of charge to locate them, documented, sent you photos and referred you to a roofer, all at no cost.After we told you all this and said we couldn't take the job, you wanted a week worth of trapping, with daily visits for $489, we let you know we couldn't guarantee success until you got the roof fixed by a roofer and provided this info on the agreement you signed. After the service you wanted another week of trapping for free due to the openings in your roof we pointed out and rats still entering. We did tell you it would be another $489 for another week worth of visits. You declined.We provided the service you asked for as well as 3 visits at no charge, with two inspectors, crawling through your attic and documenting issues for you to proved to your roofer free of charge.
