    We waited A LONG time for our cabinets (for months) okay we understand Covid right. We had wrong sizes, scratches etc on the cabinets. They started with installing our cabinets in October 2022-it’s now mid March 2023 they threatened to put a lien on our house if we didn’t pay in full TODAY but after 5 months our cabinets are finished. They are nicked, don’t shut right etc. We’ve had 4-5 techs out STILL not right! We are moving in to our new home and we have scratched up cabinets! Not a I’m sorry, not let us fix that, not a bloody penny OFF! 5 months they have been installing this mess….but pay up or we’ll put a lien on your home if we are done or not? Shady business practice if you ask me!

    We are really sorry that the clients feel this way. It is not uncommon for a new construction project to have these kinds of delays and follow ups. We have consistently communicated with the clients about our scheduling and follow ups but some things such as countertops are out of our control and have created additional delays. We do have a few replacements on order and now that the A/C is on once the replacements arrive we can schedule to get everything completed. The mention of a lien was only because payment was past due. Again, we do apologize but we will continue to work on this project until it is completed.
