      When I was apart of the program the name was ******************************************, now the new name is ****** ****** Cybersecurity.I have been sent to collections and received noticed 9/17/2024. Debt collecting company Sequium *********************************** collecting a debt owed to by *******************************I conducted a search **** Consumer Access and I couldnt find the company ******************************. Also when I was applying for the program with the recruiter I was told that I was going to be making a monthly payment on my credit card. The first payment was on my credit card then the next payment started to show up on my debit card which I did not provide or gave approval to do. When I asked my recruiter **** ******* he said yes thats what they do. The program was $9,800, Special Financing said my previous balance was $7,853.08. Invoice summary said $9,292.25 I receive notice from the debt company and they are asking for $9,207.03 I expressed how i got scammed from this program while I was pregnant. I didnt learn anything and was unable to get employment as they claimed I would. It turned out I need to have I.T experience to which wasnt expressed to me. I disputed with you guys last year September and got a write off. Know Im being harassed again by special finance and from ******************************* They sold my debt again now to Titan Asset Purchasing, LLC.4/7/25 claiming to collect from ****** ****** consulting. I dont know that company never heard of it. Reaching out for help. Its been two years now.Joined the program in 2/21/2023 completed in 2023. There are other complaints out there about the program how everyone was getting the same material but were charge $10,$15,$20 even $30,000. The material in the program was a PDF file that could be found on the internet, which I later found out and just being charged for. I will like to have this debt charged off.

      Titan acknowledges your complaint; please be assured that we have thoroughly investigated the matter you raised. Our records indicate this debt originated from ****************************** and was sold to Titan Asset Purchasing LLC on April 6, 2025,and further placed by Titan Asset Purchasing, LLC to a third-party collection agency, *************************** on April 9, 2025. Upon receipt of the BBB complaint, Titan advised *************************** of the received complaint on April 21, 2025; Titan recalled the account from *************************** to research the prior dispute referenced in the complaint as of April 24, 2025 and no further communication will be made to the complainant.
