    I purchased a Printer System in August for my computer as well as the activation code. My computer was fried this week from a Power Surge, and I needed a new activation code. The first Gentleman I spoke to two days ago told me if it was purchased within the last year, he would get me the code for free. He then came back to say he was mistaken and it would be $199. Within a minute, he changed the price to $99. I explained again why I needed to put the program back onto my computer and he said someone would call me back, but no one ever did. I called again today, two days later, and was told four different prices and packages again by a second Salesmen. This person told me I needed to purchase something to get the same pricing that the gentleman I spoke to originally. We finally agreed on $99 and he said "If I get in trouble, this is on me". He then transferred me to Kelly, the Vice President, to take my payment. Kelly took my payment over the phone and I explained that I had been given seven different prices/packages by two people. She said the first person I spoke to was misinformed, and I said they needed to update their training then because 7 price differences reflects badly on the company. Kelly then told me she refused to sell me the code for $99 because I am clearly an unhappy customer. I purchased the printer from ITD and I can't use the printer with anyone except them. I asked for a full refund on the printer and was told I could try to dispute it with my card company but she would just get the dispute and fight it.
