Like all of the other reviewers here, I, too, feel as though I have been scammed. Im eight months in at $762/month and have had zero communication. Ive called for status checks and only been told, Your negotiator is working with your creditors. As others here mention, I feel Ill soon receive lawsuits from my creditors.

We truly appreciate your feedback and want to clarify the progress on your account to address your concerns.
First and foremost, we understand how important communication is, and we regret that you feel left in the dark. Let me assure you that your case has been actively managed since you enrolled with us on 3/14/2024. Here’s a breakdown of the progress we've made so far:
Capital One: Your account is currently in an active settlement plan. You have 24 payments of $408 per month remaining, and we're working to ensure this is completed smoothly.
Citibank and Chase: These accounts are actively being negotiated. Regarding Chase, we currently have an offer on the table, but based on our experience and your input, we believe we can secure a better deal for you before it is charged off.
Additionally, our team has communicated with you about the offer from Chase, and we understand you preferred to wait for a more favorable settlement.
It’s important to note that we do not charge any fees until we have successfully negotiated a settlement for you. This structure ensures that we are fully aligned with your best interests—working diligently to get you the best possible outcomes before any fees are applied. Given this, it wouldn’t be possible for this process to be a “scam” as no fees have been collected prior to reaching settlements.
We are committed to securing the best results for you and will continue negotiating on your behalf. Please don’t hesitate to reach out directly if you would like further updates or have any concerns.
Thank you for your patience and trust as we work through this process.

Thank you for your response but I dont feel your comments are necessarily accurate. I had to contact *** to get any sort of a status of my negotiations. I was not going to get the ***** offer you mention communicated to me. One of the times I called, the agent said they had an offer but were going to go back to *****. I pressed for information about the offer and was told I would have to pay an extra $1000 per month. Thats not really an offer. You say you take no fees until a successful settlement is negotiated, but my concern is that a lawsuit would get filed against me before all accounts were settled. As its now been over a year and I still do not have all 3 accounts settled, I still have those fears of my original comment. I will say that after my original comment, I did finally receive some calls from *** giving updates but those have stopped as I havent received any communication in about 3 months. Last time I called, I informed the agent I may be able to pay more to get the last account settled and they said theyll let the negotiator know but I havent heard anything after that. Am I going to finish my payment plan and have only 2 of the 3 accounts in the contract settled? If so, that would feel very scammy. If this somehow turns around, I have no problem updating my comments and rating to a positive experience

TitleInsuranceNightmare.com should be the new name for this so-called "trusted" title insurance company. My experience with them (Mr. ****************** was an absolute disaster from start to finish. When I needed them the most, they conveniently found every excuse in the book not to honor their policy and cover the issues that arose with my property.Their incompetence and lack of professionalism are truly astounding. Despite paying hefty premiums for their services, when the time came for them to deliver on their promises, they abandoned me faster than a sinking ship. They failed to cover essential aspects of my claim, leaving me to deal with significant financial losses and legal headaches that should have been their responsibility to handle.Their customer service was a joke rude, unresponsive, and utterly indifferent to my concerns. It was clear that they cared more about protecting their bottom line than providing the support and coverage they proudly advertise. Dealing with them was a nightmare that I wouldn't wish on my worst enemy.Save yourself the headache and heartache steer clear of TitleInsuranceNightmare.com at all costs. They are a disgrace to the industry and a prime example of everything that is wrong with companies that prioritize profit over their customers' well-being. Do yourself a favor and find a reputable title insurance company that actually stands by their commitments and values their clients. Avoid this despicable excuse for a company like the plague.

Stay away from these people. They promise a lot but fall far from short on what they are required to do. If you have debt deal with it yourself. You can they make you believe you can't but you can do just as much as they are doing without paying "settlement fees" and "maintenance fees". Maintenance fee what maintenance(are they cleaning dusting the account it's your money your paying them. STAY AWAY you will regret it starts off ok but will not end well. They will say like in their previous respond to an unhappy client that they worked hours and hours on your case however when it comes to communicating that they provide no communication. I was also on a court battle because of their incompetence. It was om an account that should have been paid one of the first ones to be paid spoke with them over phone and i have emails from yhem that account was settled and paid. A year later i get summoned to court. When you call NF to ask them what happened they don't know and that's from the escalation manager. The negotiations manager on my case couldn't tell me what happened just said that's what happens. Plain stupidity they should know exactly what went down because each month they received my money more than 600 each month!

We truly value your feedback and appreciate the opportunity to address them.Upon reviewing your case, we acknowledge the challenges you faced during your enrollment in our program, and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused. Our goal is always to provide exceptional service and achieve the best possible outcomes for our clients, and we regret falling short of your expectations in this instance.During your enrollment with us, we worked diligently to negotiate settlements with your creditors, successfully resolving 7 out of 8 accounts within a 20-month period. However, we understand that the breakdown of one settlement due to a returned check, followed by subsequent legal proceedings, was a source of frustration. Despite our efforts to renegotiate, we encountered limitations that unfortunately impacted the outcome. We appreciate your cooperation in resolving the remaining balance, and we were glad to assist you in this process. We also understand your request for a reduction in your monthly draft and the importance of financial flexibility. Please know that we explained the necessity of maintaining sufficient funds to cover all active settlements at the time, which regrettably led to a misunderstanding. We deeply regret any dissatisfaction caused, and it was never our intention for you to feel upset or dissatisfied with our services. If there were a zero or negative star option, We'd gladly have started there. We started an account with National Fidelity Financial in October 2023. They have removed $378.90 per month for the past five months. Their services were supposed to negotiate with three of my credit card companies and work out repayment options. Since we began the program, the only communication we have had from them has been to inform us when they plan to withdraw the next payment. They were supposed to step in and communicate with the credit card companies, and we were supposed to stop receiving collection communications from them. We are now six months into this debacle, and it does not appear anything has been done on our account. We are still being contacted by credit card companies, and they are threatening to demand payment in full. From the communications we receive from the credit card companies, it would appear they do not even know National Fidelity Financial is supposedly working on our behalf. We think the most infuriating thing is that there is never any communication from this organization as to what is being done, no status updates, no apparent progress reports, etc. We are in that dark, and the only time they reach out is when we send an email to complain, and they basically say the legal team is working on it. It would be nice to see any evidence that this is true. We take full responsibility for getting into debt and were hoping that we could get back in control of things by utilizing these services. It would seem that we are now only one step closer to bankruptcy, which they sell as a bad option compared to their services. It now looks like that *** end up being our only option. Our recommendation would be, based on our experience thus far, to avoid this company. There must be a better organization that provides these services. Thanks to National Fidelity Financial, we are probably in too deep now to overcome this mess. Maybe this will help others avoid a similar fate.

ZERO stars. STAY AWAY!! This company will lie to you and leave you further in debt. Major Scam!! You are better off dealing with your creditors directly. This company made my financial situation worse. They do not communicate, they dropped the ball entirely with one of the 3 cards I entered in the program. Luckily I was able to settle the other 2 on my own for THOUSANDS less. Currently in a court battle due to the negligence of National Fidelity Financial

We are extremely disappointed this customer was not satisfied with our service. We put many hours into her account, all at our expense as we do not charge a fee until we achieve settlements accepted by the client. She was enrolled in 9/25/2022. At day 90, once she had some funds in her account we could use to settle, we began negotiating on her behalf. We called her numerous times to discuss her options however she didn't respond. After dozens of calls with no return call, we began a google search for her and discovered a contact we believed was her but under another last name. At that point we were able to contact her. We settled her first account in April 2023. We received 2 offers for her Barclays accounts. Her account had enough funds to settle one but not the other because the payment term was only 12 months, and the creditor, at that time, didn't want to work with us on a longer payment term. We called the customer and informed her about the offer, and we advise her if she wanted to take advantage of that she will have to pay a little extra monthly to make it work. At that point the client got upset and refused to provide any extra funds to execute the settlement. Our escalations department then reached out to her. Escalations tried to help her and let her know that we will try to get a better deal, however after much back and forth with the creditor the offer was 35% in 12 payments and that was the only offer available. Next we worked on her Bank of America account and immediately reached a settlement. Unfortunately this client had unrealistic expectations. We did everything within our power to help her. All the while, working for free on her behalf. There is no benefit to us not to do the best possible job we can on behalf of each and every client. If we don't, we do not get paid.
