This place is horrible. The stylist had no clue what she was doing and left my hair flat and frizzy(despite even getting a frizz treatment). When I asked for her to fix it she told me they did not have anything to make the crown of my hair not flat and that it was because my hair is too long and heavy. I had just got my hair done last week with another salon and it was perfect. Whenever I get my hair done usually I get the comments of how easy it is to style. I have lots of body and wave. Unfortunately, it was a Monday and many places are not open. When I spoke to the manager they refused to give me a refund and want me to come back to get it fixed. I was told that I could not get a refund since the money goes towards the time and effort of the stylist. Seems like the stylist does not deserve the compensation since she did a horrible job and I actually went home and washed and styled my own hair it was so bad. I asked for a beach wave and she gave me ringlets. Do not come here unless you want frizzy ugly hair. I tried to just do this with out leaving a bad reviewwith speaking directly to the manager but as they will not honor the workmanship I feel it pertinent to let the public how bad this service is.

WARNING! Drybar memberships are extremely difficult to cancel! In a moment of vulnerability and desperation to escape this nightmare I fell prey to their slick sales tactics and unwittingly signed up for a membership package. I signed up that day with a promise of saving money and applying the membership to my services that day. I left being charged $145 for 2 blowouts, and an additional $100 for this monthly membership. Little did I know, this would be the beginning of a bureaucratic nightmare. I was met with arbitrary approval processes of Drybar. Per the cancellation email from Drybar, "Membership Cancellation and Termination. To cancel this membership, a completed Cancellation Form must be submitted via email at Operators designated email address at least 72 hours prior to the next monthly payment date, or other notice as required by law. Cancellation will go into effect 3 business days/72 hours minimum and may take up to 10 days after Operator receives notice. In the event of failed payment or inappropriate conduct by you (as determined by Operator), Operator reserves the right to terminate your membership, which will be effective immediately. Operator may freeze your membership at any time, and from the date of the freeze until the membership is resumed or terminated by Operator, payment will not be drafted and blowouts will not accrue. Operator may terminate or suspend membership for violating Shop rules or the terms of this agreement (including for payment noncompliance). Upon suspension, all aspects of your membership will stop until and unless Operator allows your membership to resume. Operator will notify you if Operator allows you to resume your membership. If so, you may choose to resume a membership at the then-current membership rate and you must execute the then-current Membership Agreement. Unused prepaid blowouts will be forfeited and not refunded upon termination for inappropriate conduct. OUTRAGOUS! LADIES BEWARE!

CROOKS. I made an appointment online. But life gets busy and I have a lot of goings on right now. No one's business. But I never saw any notifications to confirm. Then received an incomprehensible voicemail about confirming something to avoid fees. I could not understand the name of the company or the phone number left in the message. And their initial missed call did not register in my recent calls. Funny. ?? The only way I figured out who they were was by a pending payment to DryBar through my bank app. I called the store and the manager had the poor front desk girl keep apologizing and repeating that it's their policy to not refund a no call, no show. I had no clue who to even call. I finally got the manager on the phone who kept saying they were not "allowed" to refund me because of their policies and the only thing I could do was contact my bank to dispute. This is shady, ridiculous business. Also, most places will charge a fee for late cancelation or no call, no show. I was charged the entire amount that the service would be. If this is how your company makes your money, you are criminal. I will tell everyone I know about this and am reporting you to the Better Business Bureau. I feel taken advantage of and will make sure you can't continue to do this to people.
