      Requested and agreed on drainage on downspouts (not done). A mis communication by Ryan he indicated.

      Requested and agreed to bury termite cans, not done. another mis communication by Ryan to the workers.

      Requested to relocate sprinkler heads, done but installed higher than the grass. A Less than satisfactory job as I now have to dig them up and lower them.

      I Left work early Friday to be home by 4:00pm, workers were long gone, was Cinco DeMayo!

      No Post Job walk thru or notification of job complete. Nothing? No email, phone call ect…

      Saturday morning a truck arrives to my home to retrieve all supplies and dumpster.

      I immediately went outside to see as I thought he was one of the staff.

      He said that he could take them because they were going to get rid of them.

      Had I never come out and let myself be seen by the staff, they might of let a stranger take my extra pavers.

      Now the pavers are bleeding color on my driveway and sidewalk and I cannot remove the stains from the concrete, power washing did not resolve.

      I have provided pictures and sent to the company. I need to know what solution to remove these stains.

      I received some kind of Nationwide Notification regarding my construction job and am unsure of what it is about?

      I cannot believe or have never experienced such extremely poor customer service.

      I requested an audience with the owner but have yet to receive any communication

      Would not recommend.
