    Extremely disappointed with Jon and this business as a whole. Very poor communication from sales person and from owner. We were forgotten after the 50% down payment was received. It's now 6 weeks since the work should have been completed and we are still trying to have this company complete some repairs and finishing touches to the paver installation. 1. workers left a mess, 2. Pool was left with large pavers, sand and grout. 3. Company originally refused to honor the agreement to clean pool upon completion of pavers on pool deck, 3. Poor communication, 4. No urgency to complete their contacted service. I would never ever recommend them to anyone. Very disappointed in for a local business.

    We have never been contracted with Carla ****, zip code *****, for any hardscape installation work.  


    Carla **** is the renter at the property in zip code ***** in which we were contracted.  


    We were contracted by the homeowner/landlord.  All communications and exchange of payments are conducted with the homeowner/landlord on any property in which we are contracted.


    A review by a renter at a property should not be permissable.  The review was written regarding our communication with the homeowner, our payments between our company and the homeowner, our time-frame for installation or warranty repairs in cooperation with the homeowner.  A renter of the property cannot leave a review regarding such details that the renter was not privy to. 


    We are requesting this review be removed based on the circumstances mentioned above.

    John from Surf Side Pavers came by and showed us some pavers styles as well as lay outs that we looked over and picked out what we wanted and a short time later they started and in 3 days were finished and it is beautiful. The Neioughbors were amazed at how good it looks and we highly recommend this company to all looking for a great company to work with and perform a very professional work, as well as friendly and cordial workers who completed the job in 3 days! If you are looking for a company that will give you a great look using pavers at a price that was $$$$$ less than others who we looked at, this is the company to use hands down!
