False advertising of price on 1st visit. Advertised a price of $29 and I was charged $49 they have now removed the ******** ad after I complained to them. In the office I was very emotional & crying being told there is no price to health and wellness coerced into an Affirm account to pay for services I could not afford they took advantage of a vulnerable situation when I tried to cancel the service less than 24 hrs later they only refunded partial money claiming I now owe fees for using the Affirm. I talked with Affirm and those fees are to La Starza from Affirm as seller fees they accure not to me the buyer. I was charged $2700 and refunded $2437 because of said fees. I did not use their service and am entitled to a full refund. I now owe $263 on an Affirm account for service not rendered and now thats on my credit report. I did not sign anything stating any fee to be charged. This company used my vulnerability to steal

Dr. ********************** and his wife did nothing but empty out my insurance then charge more, even though I asked that they let me know when I had reached my insurance cap so I wouldn't end up paying out of pocket. As a matter of fact I asked about it and they said I had reached the cap so I didn't make another appointment because I couldn't afford it and I felt like I was healing on my own. They tried making me feel like I was being helped but then left me to do the exercises on those silly chairs, by myself then I would get less than ************************************************************ know way did they help with my auto accident case but instead were one of the hands out in the end because they overcharged for services not rendered or not worth it. I don't believe I owe them a $10k insurance cap (which they received) let alone an extra $1k. I am refuting the $1k because they weren't forth coming with cost or when the cap had been reached.
