      After waiting 2 months for an eye exam with **. **** (I was told he was the only ** with the equipment and expertise in handling my keratoconus eye condition). The staff calls the day before the appointment to say the appointment is canceled. This appointment was scheduled directly with the insurance and was confirmed. The staff said this appointment was initially scheduled by a former employee who no longer works there and that ** **** doesnt treat Keratoconus. He can only identify the condition and make referrals. Despite their website stating that is one of the eye conditions they handle. **** Vision handled this very poorly , unprofessionally, and has little regards for its patients.

      Tres Vision is a very busy practice with many fortunate patients such as myself. The only negative issue is wait time due to the volume of patients. Otherwise, All within Tres Vision is positive. I have and have had many health challenges: diabetes, hypertension, stroke and encephalitis. Because of my many challenges, *** had to delay my eye care at times. The compassion, understanding and professionalism of Dr. ***** specifically is beyond what a patient could hope for.I am truly grateful.Sincerely,************** Le Grand

      Superb customer service from intake, pre-op, surgery and post-op .
      Friendly and professional staff.
      I was apprehensive about the surgery but they did a great job of explaining the process to ease my fears.
