    I have used Ecor in the past for fireant control in my yard. They guarantee there services to work for 1 year. They will come out and treat again if you see any ants and they always came and took care of the problem. I called today to have them treat the yard again they said they won't service the yard again because the chemicals didn't work in my yard. They do not want to honor there guarantee on service for the year. No wonder they are not BBB worthy. I will use another service with better customer service.

    For reasons beyond our control, this location required numerous callbacks to provide complete customer satisfaction. We serviced the property in the past and always fulfilled our retreatment guarantee obligation as stipulated by the customer. Unfortunately, we cannot continue to provide this type of application at the property under the same retreatment guarantee due to the callbacks required.
