      I paid $1399.0 to the property management business as advanced plus key deposit and last month prorated rent. I vacated the premise July 2nd, 2022. The company refused to pay my balance and send me a letter with bogus numbers. I requested explanation behind those made up numbers and they threaten to go to collections and requested more money instead of any explanation. Underill management is run by fraudsters. I regret working with them to rent a property on Aug 13, 2021.

      The response doubles down on their ignorance about prorated rent that was paid in advance before property vacancy. It even shows on their sheet as credit. How convenient. I have provided them in writing well in advance of month notice. As previously noted, they keep on boasting about bogus charges and property left was in better condition than they provided. It's a house that can be landscaped in $80 but they'd like to charge white house landscaping work. Underill Management Company is not fit for anyone's business.

      I asked them for pictures and they provided none. They are now saying they have pictures. I wrote them a letter before this dispute asking them exactly the documents to support their claim. They are now saying they have proof of pics but they never shared.

      Never argued about grass but the price they want to charge to cut grass. That is ridiculous to refuse deposit. Also, the so called "trash" on the back came with the house. I only moved it outside when I installed my own appliances. And what trash on front? I tossed all the trash possible and binned the rest. The recycling person comes only on Wednesday and I moved Saturday. That spot on the ceiling I do not recognize at all. Is it from same house? I doubt.

      This is ridiculous. Deduct $100 for grass and give me back my deposit.
