The costumer service was terrible! Beware of the silver tongued adjusters. (We had *************************.) They tell you what you want to hear and then lie about it later. You wont get call backs. You wont get updates. You will CONSTANTLY leave messages and texts that go unanswered. Furthermore, dont trust that itll only cost you 10% of your settlement. The adjuster told us that he could only charge us 10% of the settlement because it was already declared hurricane damage by the insurance company. We signed a contract agreeing to 10%. Our insurance company went bankrupt and left ******* and our claim was turned over to FIGA. After an extended period of silence, unreturned calls, and inquiries, the adjuster finally reached out and said he could get us a settlement. But only if we re-signed the contract at 20%. Feeling as though we had no other choice, we agreed. But even this was not without hassle due to the lack of customer service from the beginning. The check came with the wrong mortgage company on it. We were told to re-issue would only take a couple of days but it took several weeks. The adjuster refused to take responsibility any of the mistakes made. He either passed blame to his team or to us. He even went so far as to accused us of being greedy, and called us liars. All of this, along with other unpleasantries resulting from his less than honest, unprofessional practices. We did contact the main office, but they did nothing to rectify any of his actions. They only made further excuses and justifications for this miserable experience.Ask An Adjuster

Good Afternoon ******,
I am very sorry for your experience. As you know, it is very frustrating when insurance companies go bankrupt which added an unusual amount of length, and obstacles to overcome when resolving your claim. In regards to your comment about messages failed to be responded to, I am sorry that you feel this way as I have gone back through our written correspondences and messages and cannot find where any question was gone unanswered. If you have the time, please let me know which messages you are referring to and I will be happy to do my best and rectify. I am also frustrated for you, as we had submitted the correct mortgage company to FIGA shortly after you moved. What a perfect world we would live in if insurance companies listened to us, and paid attention to the documents they recieve. I would also like to note that typically, reissued checks can take upwards of two months or so to be completed. So congratulations on getting it reissued so promptly! As you know, we maximized your claim and was able to recover maximum funds and get you completely reimbursed for what you had spent out of pocket for your roof. It was an honor to fight for you and get this wrapped up. Again, I am sorry if you feel we missed anything. Please let me know what I can do to make it right, enjoy your new roof!!*************************, PCA

5 starsIf you are seeking a reputable Public Adjuster to handle your insurance claims? You found the best! You can really count on Ask an Adjuster (AAA) to provide you with very knowledgeable P.A.'s whom will work extremely hard to make sure your insurance company makes you whole again. I'm a roofing contractor who has sent them many of my customers over the years. I cannot recall any who were left short on funds once their claim's were settled. Now... I do not know all the P.A.'s out there, but prior to AAA, I have gone through a few other's who couldn't hold a candle to the service and results AAA provides their clients. My colleagues use different adjuster's than I, but the consensus is the same. I'd like to give a special shout out to "******" for treating my customers as if they're a close friend or relative. :-)Review fromMarie T

His dedication and expertise were instrumental in successfully advocating for the repairs needed to restore our homes. I'm grateful to ********* for his professionalism and relentless efforts in ensuring a fair resolution with the insurance company. I highly recommend this company and *********.Review fromCarmen T

5 starsAsk an Adjuster assisted my daughter and I with a roof claim. We had never used a public adjuster and were new to the complicated procedures. Our first contact was Nora Catano and I can say it was a stroke of luck. She was well informed and knowledgeable and very affable. There was no question she could not answer. She guided us through the process and made sure the rest of the team were informed step by step. The team worked well and demonstrated their main objective was to negotiate the claim settlement for a positive outcome. The home insurance strict guidelines, based on our insurance policy, were followed to a T. We are very fortunate to have this company work our claim.Review fromCrespino M

5 starsWords can never describe how grateful I am to Andrew Bargo and his team at Why ask an Adjuster. I hired a plumbing company to come out and do a re-pipe and replace a water heater 4 days before Xmas Dec 19, 2022. My older children were met that afternoon with roughly 5inches of water rushing out of the house and water raining down from the ceiling. The house was deemed a total loss after what appeared to be a replaced main valve pipe busting in the ceiling filling it till it collapsed. Leaving me and my 3 children homeless for the holidays, as I am a single Mom who also happens to have a Medically ill toddler on several medications and 3 surgeries at only 2 years old. By the time my insurance company came out it had been a few weeks later due to the holidays the assessment was I lost everything to mold and was handed a check of 10k and told there was a program that i can have come out to do the work, Andrew wasted no time and got with his team to fight for me and my children. I myself work in insurance but when you are the one its happening to I had a hard time composing myself and our situation as we lost everything including Xmas gift. Why ask an Adjuster handled everything with the upmost kindness, care, concern and professionalism. The damage to the property was estimated at 150k and with their determination I was awarded 95k totaling 105k to rebuild our home. Why ask an Adjusters efforts did not stop there as they worked closely with the contractor and read through every document provided to assure the work was done to code and compliance. I was recently handed back the keys and the work done is truly lovely were my oldest cannot believe that we actually get to live there soon. Below are pictures of the damage and after of our home, I also have videos. And if anyone ever has questions, I will be more than happy to answer. Thank you Andrew Bargo and his team at Why ask An Adjuster.Review fromCatherine S

1 star0 stars, They said that I don't even need to be home for estimates and that they handle everything but instead they lied ,never handed in any estimates to my insurance company , never told me to even get any estimates until 9 months later after I called and found out my claim was closed in January 2021 when I started my claim in September 2021 and 14 months later my roof is still leaking and ruining my home ,I have mold in my attic space and it is getting me very sick because im allergic to mold but they don't care at all .ask an adjuster didn't even send in my by-laws for my townhome stating im responsible for maintaining my roof when they had it for 14 months,i had to send in every estimate to my insurance company myself which I could have done if they asked me to but even after I sent them all estimates and doctor notes ask an adjuster still didn't send them in .They want 20 percent of my claim if awarded to me what a joke they should pay me for their lack of help.I would stay clear of this company if you plan on getting any help .
