This was the best construction experience Ive ever had! I was not optimistic at first because of my financial situation and lack of help from my insurance company. That was, until ***** arrived to my home and inspected my roof. He explained everything in detail and said that ******** could make it work. He was right! ***** went above and beyond and proved the work must get done with assistance. They worked with me in my financial position and got a great deal. Way better than any other companies I have spoken with. I recommend pit crew to everyone. You guys rock! Thank you *****, and ********!

Recently had a great experience with Chris Rey and Pit Crew Roofing. The company's service was top notch and they were able to get the roof turned around really quickly. Pitcrew roofing. Lying schisters, (my wife was informed by pit crew’s representative and the insurance adjustor there would be no out of pocket to have the roof replaced with an insurance claim. That was a lie) abhorrent customer service , and constant harrassment (continual and insessant calling for payment when informed we were awaiting the insurance check and then again when attempting to collect the “no out of pocket”customer payment when informed I work every day and will get them paid when I actually have a day off. Your out-of-pocket expense was limited to your $1,000 deductible a requirement under Florida law that cannot legally be waived or absorbed by any contractor. To ensure transparency, this is acknowledged with your signature on four separate documents: the Contract, 22 Points You Should Know, Florida Deductible Law Addendum, and our Terms & Agreement. Pit Crew Roofing follows all legal and ethical standards to protect both our clients and our business.
We understand delays in insurance payments can be frustrating. In your case, Pit Crew waited over five months to collect more than $20,000 after your roof was completed. Our follow-up efforts were intended to align with the terms of our agreement, not to cause undue pressure. Unfortunately, insurance carriers do not work directly with contractors, which is why homeowner involvement is often necessary throughout the process.
Above all, we hope youre pleased with the look and quality of your new roof and that it protects your home for decades to come.

My husband and I both were very impressed with Pit Crew Roofing, and the young man, Vincent Cherup, who presented us with the work proposal. The details of what was needed, the time for installation and the perfection that was promised when completed. We were out of town when the work was started with only torrential rain hampering the rapid completion. We were updated daily and due to that we felt trust in their words.

Mickey helped us out a lot while we were building from out of town. He took his drone to send us fun pictures of our metal roof and went out of his way to make sure things were completed correctly and he pushed to make things get done quicker. Mickey, Vinnie and the entire crew at Pit Crew Roofing were incredible to do business with. My experience from the initial quote through the completion and inspection of the roof replacement was professional and expedient. The selection of materials is top grade and the clean up was very thorough, not to forget mentioning I really appreciated the open communication.
