I highly recommend Precision Trades & Services. Every aspect of working with this company for roof inspection, ridge vent nail replacement (with SS screws), and shingle repair was beyond excellent. The expediency, attention to detail, quality, and price were all better than I would have believed were possible.

My experience was not roofing but removal of an old MH, hauling debris, driveway placement, tree removal, creation of culverts, etc. I worked with ******, he was patient, hard working, fairly priced and flexible. When there were complications during the job, he helped me many times to figure out the work around as we went. I am very happy with all the hard work he put in, his guidance where needed, timely job completion and pride of the work he's doing. It shows, thanks ******!Precision Trades & Services FL

As a result of Hurricane ****** a piece of trim for our roof was blown off. This left the soffit exposed to the elements on the west ***** of our roof. I contacted my regular roofers who first delayed for two months and then no showed when we were scheduled. I contacted ***** from Precision ******************************** on 1 Apr 2025. He was able to schedule us for inspection today, 4 April. Professional and courteous service from this gentleman. Fast-forward to the appointment. We were visited for today's inspection on time which was refreshing. Mr. ******* introduced himself and set about inspecting the damage. He quickly assessed the corrections needed and decided to fix it himself. After he completed the repair I'm happy to say the edge of our roof looks good as new. I don't have any advice for the company other than keep doing right by your customers. I really appreciate the quality of customer service, the expertise in assessing and repairing our roof. **** at Precision is a great roofer and a kind person. He responded to my request for shingle damage THE DAY after the hurricane went through when it was still raining, put down a temp fix, and then properly took care of it within days.
