BEWARE! Owner lies, makes excuses, and does not stand behind her work! We paid $12K for a new RV roof that is leaking and literally chipping off in pieces after a little over a year. Owner will take no responsibility! We have no recourse with the manufacturer because owner bought generic material from a random Amazon vendor. And, according to the professional I had out recently, the owner either did not know how to properly install or used the wrong adhesive. Now my 90 year old mom has to pay for an entire new roof. I wish I had known! Trying to save someone else the headache and money!

This company operating under the banner of RV Roof Maintenance and Repair, took me for over $7,000 on the promise to find and stop leaks in my Class A Motorhome. The experience took two trips to their shop for a total of three weeks, where they were to reseal my roof, reseal the coach seams, and put on new slide seals. They wanted 100% the cost of material and 50% cost of the labor up front. They failed to stop the leaks on the slides. I took the coach to a RV shop in Brevard where they found and stoped all leaks, however in the process we found that PPG, LLC did not seal the roof completely, used poor material for a motor home, and the seams were left with many gap holes and even stopped about half way up the coach. The slide seals were found to be the wrong seals for the slides and were not install correctly. Two of these fell off with multiple use of the slide. They basically did a poor job and did not even finish. Now I find after research that I am not the first. There is a trail of tears all over *************** and Lakeland. It cost me the twice to get this job done correctly. ************************* talks a shiny game but in the end she has inexperienced people working for her and she is in way over her head on Class A motor coaches. DO NOT use this company. You will be fleeced just like me and a lot of other owners. All she wants is payments upfront, and then walks out when she can't fulfill her company promises.

This company came out to fix my slide on my rv. They almost dropped the slide and in the process bent and broke my awning. Left the slide still broke refused calls and text to please let me know when they would come back out and fix my rv. They took $2200 from my warranty co. And another $1200 from me. And left my rv slide still broke and awning! Ended up having to get another rv repair to fix my rv. Also have photos to back up my claim.

And am happy to say that you did get repairs by one of my very old technicians doug. I apologize that I could not coordinate with Rob to come out. And I was not able to get on site myself or I would have been. Remember I made countless trips calls and touchbacks to you. I’m going to ask you to refrain from giving Emmy company an f for an employee who is no longer with my company’s negligence and a wall behavior. Id be happy to discuss to make this better .I know you have my number I am here to help!
