    10/31/2023 ****** Did not ship product to my house. Attempts to get in touch with the company have been ignored. Looks like they have relocated to ******, but have not updated any of their contact information.

    Order #: ****** Order date: Nov 4 2022 Ship date: Nov 7 2022 Product: ************ **************** Slip #: 83121919-36337376 Price: $52.99 Product was received, and found to be not the color scheme as advertised. Business was contacted multiple times via phone, and email. Per the company's return policy, I only have 7 days to return the product. I am not authorized to return the product without a *** #. The company continues to fail to contact me and issue the *** #, which will put me in non-compliance of their 7 day limit for returns.

    We apologized and asked for a picture of the hoodie he received so that we could either explain the color, issue a refund, or complete an exchange. We did not receive a reply.

    (The consumer indicated he/she ACCEPTED the response from the business.)
    Business stated they requested a photograph of their product that I received. This request was made on their website's messaging system,to which can only be seen/monitored actively while on that page. The business was sent a return authorization request on Nov 14th,and any/all valid clarification concerns on both party's behalf could/should have been addressed there; and not checking on an open webpage messaging system. The Company never responded to the email that was sent, and I remember taking a picture of the product and sending a response, but can't prove that as the Company again, elected to only communicate on their messaging system (which I have no access to "sent" messages).

    How is this case "closed," as there was no resolution made. I did not accept the businesses response as indicated in my response sent to the BBB and was not contacted by either the BBB or the Musa Store afterwards. So, how did my case get closed without a resolution?
