  The job was done on the master shower, master bathroom floor & 2nd bathroom floor. New grout was never sealed. Lines & chunks of “new” grout have been drying up & “coming loose” since then. The workman was pleasant & worked hard to please us. We weren’t aware of any issues until a week or so later. Guess I should have read the reviews before hiring this company

  It's unfortunate you are having issues with your grout. Grout falling out is not caused by removal and installing new grout. ANY grout that falls out is typically due to movement from the understrcture. In other words, loose tiles. This is not covered under our warranty as per the section on the reverse side of your proposal sheet. Plus we haven't received any communications from you of this issue. Feel free to contact us directly so we can diagnose issues, but over 5 months is a long time and can be caused by many other things, but definitely not simply putting new grout in.

  The grout boss is a joke. The job was done, I notified the owner there were areas that were discolored, said if still there he would send someone to fix. Now won’t answer calls. Also, touch a seam and it comes up chalky. Not done correctly! And this guy is selling franchises, HA buyer beware!

  As per our warranty on the back of your estimate sheet, we do not cover discoloration. As we explained, it is from neglect and moisture from the understructure of the tile. Sometimes it goes away, sometimes it doesn't. This was not a grouting issue but an moisture issue that is undetectable during a regrout. This is why it is explained in great detail in our warranty paperwork, which you have. And to give 1 star over a non grout issue is absurd. The work was done perfectly and we have pictures demonstrating what it looked like when the job was completed. Be a better person.

  I just had my entire kitchen counters regrouted and I must say, it came out beautiful.
  The young person he sent worked very hard and was extremely neat.
  He also worked on my bathroom and did an excellent job.
  Thank you Sir.
  I Think 2023 will be better than 2021, don't you?

  Had them come out and take out old grout and install new. Just had it done and looks great. Very pleased. Hopefully with proper care it will last a long time. Thank you Eric! Bud A. Yep

  I wouldn't even rate this company. It started with white dust throughout my house. Before the young man finished my husband asked him why all the dust. He said " it's a very dusty job. My husband called the owner, he came out and asked the worker what the hell happened. It seems the vacuum filter was not working. The boss cleaned the filter and my husband mentioned all the white dust. The owners reply was "----" happens. When I came home I was quite upset and called the owner. Needless to say he told his worker not to finish the job. He said he would get a cleaning lady to come out. I asked if she would do the walls and floors. He said no, how did he know if the dust wasn't already there. I'm only sorry I didn't read the reviews or checked with the BBB which rated the GROUT BOSS with a F. I thought I was hiring someone local, but that doesn't mean a thing. He said he was a veteran and that was suppose to make him trustworthy. NOT! Lorraine ********

  You are thieves!!! There was no dust whatsoever! I came, checked on our technician and everything in your small closed off bathroom was as normal as can be
  You still kept complaining and wanted your entire home dusted. Which is odd because the bathroom was on the other side of the house and virtually dust free. I was under the impression you just didn't want to pay for the job. I even schedule a cleaning company to come that day and clean your entire house, even though it wasn't necessary. As I left, you continued to yell at my technician and assaulted him physically. This caused us to leave your home. After we left your husband asked us if we could please finish. I said only if you agree to pay when job is completed. He agreed. We rerurned, finished the simple shower floor regrout and you refused to pay for the work done. This caused me to cancel the cleaning service that was on their way to clean a clean house. You people are liars znd thieves and swindled us out of $450 on a job that was perfect!! There are people like you everywhere that stiff hard working Americans because you have low morals. And dont ever criticize my service to my country as a Veteran. Be better people than you are.
