    I was towed away from my apartment complex for parking in the loading zone. I had to call the local police department at 9:59am on 5/25/24 to find out where my vehicle was towed to. When I did I googled them and found a number I immediately called the number. I called at 10:01am on 5/25/24 to get my vehicle, I asked what was the address because I didnt see one on ****** and told them I was on my way. I arrived at 10:30 and called the number back because I didnt see an office and the person was like I had to set an appointment and I told her I need to get my vehicle because I have work. There was no actual off the address is actually a house that someone is renting and living there. I sat there and wait for over a hour and half in the blazing sun until the driver showed up. At one point they stopped answering my calls. When he did arrive he was so rude and I make sure I recorded everything. I was overcharged by this towing company and they did not have an actual office for me to get my vehicle and had me waiting outside for someone to show up at a storage yard for over an hour. They charged me $153 out the gate fee, ****** for mileage with he said was 20 miles there and back so 40miles at a rate of ********************** fuel charge which my apartment to the storage yard is only 9.9miles, $112.98 labor charge, $53 after hrs charge and ***** storage charge and towing charge of $114.23. He told me in total I would have to pay ****** but I can just give him $600 they were out of the spectrum for the code or ordinance for **************. He even threatened to let his dogs out to bite me!
