    I was promised a working washer and dryer. I am a senior taking care of my incontinent soulmate and bedridden. We are here for 3mos. To handle more paperwork and findings,from my sister passing in 2022. Unfortunately since arriving my purse been stolen with all my important things and reported by police. The first machine he had all wrapped up nicely, didn't work. Before the driver left the driveway,I had to held him back to tell him that the machine didn't spin out clothes,dipping water. Then the washer wasn't unlocking. Went back to get a part. Then still wasn't workings, taking it back for another one. That one was doing the same just swish one time back and forth. That's when I requested for my set back, regardless of the ugly!!!. I least I know it was both working. Then the drying I called him about the drying won't turn off with timer. It ran all night, when I went to garage the next morning. Trying it again, does the same thing...ask him to return my appliances. Text attached. No one told or ask him to paint or clean up so quickly. Cause I was going to sale it. But why so quick. He didn't return my dryer. I want my dryer and monies back. He sold me Unreliable appliances. that cause his Maintenance guy to come out several times.Please help resolve refund. *********** Ms **** I'm a widow of AF Veteran Was payed using Zelle

    I purchased multiple used appliances from Crazy Appliances in *********. The owner is *************************. He guarantees the appliances are in good working condition and states he has a 60 day warranty. I purchased a stove from him that didn't have a working coil. He has told me for many weeks now that he will fix it and has not. I also purchased a stacked washer/dryer that had an issue. He has told me for weeks that he would send someone to fix it "tomorrow". This washer/dryer was for a rental unit. After many weeks I ran out of time and had to purchase a new replacement. I asked for an exchange/refund. He does not have an equivalent unit and is silent on the refund.I am seeking a refund of $690 for the stove and stacked washer/dryer.
