    I purchased a 2 year warranty September 6, 2023 for $3,000 to cover all my RV repairs. I paid the entire amount upfront with the check being cashed 9/8/23. Shortly prior to purchasing the extended warranty this company replaced and warrantied a faulty AC unit on my RV. Now I need to use the warranty I paid for to repair the AC that I just paid to replace as well as several other issues. I have called and texted ***** ******* countless times. I have left numerous messages for a return call. On the rare occasion he actually answers the call he offers empty promises to schedule an appointment, or tells me a long sad story about why he cannot come handle the repair or send a service tech. Every conversation turns into his personal problems with auto accidents, spider bites, ex-wife issues or whatever. Meanwhile we are having a heat wave and my RV is blazing hot along with other electrical issues that have been going on since Nov 2, 2023 that they have not fixed. I would like my AC fixed that is still under the original warranty and I would like my $3,000 warranty fee refunded. This expensive warranty has been of no use to me. I can provide the canceled check as well as endless text thread of my conversation with him. I am now going to have to find another RV repair company.

    I ordered an awning for an RV on September 2023. Since then, this company have not given me any answer. requested a refund. Nobody is responsible..

    ****** ******* was cited for causing a car accident involving his company owned vehicle, he has zero insurance and now we are liable for her injuries and the repairs on our vehicle.

    Had a new Dometic air conditioner installed in my 2021 Coleman camper, in late March. Paid $ 1,867.00 for new ac, plus $ 505.00 for install. 13500 BTU. $2,372.00 for an ac that was bad from the start. Noise coming from ac was unbearable, Tech said it was compressor . And to use it til it quits. Tried staying in camper a few times when I had to go up north. Bought a portable ac for camper .. Tech came by and checked it out and could not believe he did this ! Made all sorts of promises,The technician has stopped communicating. Dometic has stopped communicating also, that will be in a separate complaint. Dometic told me to take it to a Dometic technician. He is the one I’m dealing with. This business is more interested in getting money. We are senior citizens on disability, not able to buy another ac, which we shouldn’t have to. Thank you for any help we can get.
