    I need to cancel my internet service with this provider but it is impossible to get a hold of them. I have been trying to contact them 3 days in a row and just been on hold for hours without no representative to talk to. Last time I called they hung up on me after waiting close to an hour. It wont allow me to do this online through my account. Must be done calling them.I got this service through Century Link. I contacted Century Link for help but now they say I have to contact Quantum Fiber directly for anything concerning my account. I have put too much time into this. It is ridiculous I cannot contact anyone in this company. This is adding a lot of stress to my life. All I need from them is to cancel my service and let me know how I return any equipment if necessary. I cannot put any more time on waiting hours on the phone to talk to someone from Quantum Fiber.They also double charged my account back in 8/3 and 8/5 for $75. When I called the said they opened a claim for a refund and it was going to take 10 business days. I have not get my refund. I am also trying to communicate with them for an update on this, but again, impossible to reach customer service.

    Better Business Bureau is a disgrace to the small business community. this is the wrong company again. I am a small networking company in ********************* not the internet service provider Quantum fiber. Ive called, I have emailed over and over to you people and you continue to trash my companies reputation over and over. All you keep doing is telling me its fixed, its corrected and wont happen anymore and for the past month I have seen complaint after complaint come in for the wrong company. This is what DEI causes due to the fact nobody with real experience is hired and nobody is capable of fixing this massive error and defect in BBB business. There should be a way to complain about the BBB. I will finally contact my attorney and show him the slander you allow!

    You sent me a new modem. When nothing was wrong with my old one. I spoke to a representative ant they couldn't fix my issue. The new modem was not working with the Internet. So I had to continue to use the old one. There was a ticket put in for a appointment to come on Saturday. With no resolution I received a text that my appointment was cancelled due to them thinking my internet was good with the new modem. But it connected to my one one. So system thought everything was good. I waited over 4 hrs waiting for a person to re set up my appointment before someone hung up on me.please have someone re set up my appointment to come see me on Saturday to fix my issue

    Day after day we get our company slandered by the BBB.
