Deadly hurricane barreling down on *******. The government asked everyone in ******* to leave and those planning to comenot to do so. The expectation was that many would die. And yet, after multiple attempts to resolve this issue by reaching out to the business before and after the hurricane, they said they will not be refunding tickets--nor would they be issuing any credits. This is a shameful and disgusting business practice. This was an extraordinary circumstanceone in which there was expected to be literally a tremendous loss of human lifeand Kennedy Space Center is only concerned about their money--even for customers who planned to come back when there isn't a deadly hurricane preventing us from coming. Literally every other business was AUTOMATICALLY issuing refunds, but Kennedy Space Center has refused at every turnand even when the government was prohibiting travel. This was supposed to be a surprise excursion for our 10-year old's birthday. The fact that the trip was cancelled was bad enough, but not refunding or at least issuing credit so that we may go when we get our trip rescheduled--that is unfathomable to me.Please just do the right thing. Issue the refund--or at least full credit for when we do get to return--so that our son won't miss out on this experience.

On 12/28/2023 we purchased four tickets to the Kennedy Space center. It took us 1.5 hours just to get in due to an enormously long car line. Once in the park, we were able to see virtually nothing, since all exhibits had a 1.5-2 hour line. We ended up leaving early because there was nothing to enjoy about our experience. My complaint is that the park administration should have planned for the crowds and either limited ticket purchases or added more staff to allow the visit to be enjoyable. This lack of planning meant that the money and the time we've spent on this visit were completely wasted, and we got virtually nothing in exchange for the ticket price. We called the park a few days later to complain, but they couldn't do anything for us, since our tickets had already been used. This is completely unacceptable, and the business should be held responsible for such poor planning and guest services.
