    On 4/16/2024 I hired ****** ***** owner of Klear Mind Solutionz, came to install a shower glass door, he was referred to me through *********** We agreed on the phone on the price of 350$ for the job but when he showed up he said that the shower door that i had bought was more complicated so he was going to charge me an extra 50 dollars to install. To note that I texted him what shower door I was gonna buy when we agreed upon pricing on the phone. After he said was done installing it and ready to go, I realized that he forgot to assemble some stuff necessary to complete the installation ! Then he asked me to send him the money through ***** and did not provide me with an invoice or any sort of receipt. He then said to wait 24 hours before opening the door to let the silicone dry out. The next day when I tried to open the door I saw it was installed incorrectly and would not open, on top of that he drilled extra hole on the tiles of my shower and did not patch them. After I called him asking if he can come fix it he said he will do it eventually but went on a rant about how it was my fault for getting a cheap shower door and said he owes me nothing. The shower door I bought is a normal one, average quality and good reviews from others buyers . I still havent heard back from him to this day. However I wont let him doing anything more because he is clearly showing his inability to install any shower doors! I will need to find and pay someone else and hoping possibly to fix it. For this reason I kindly request your help to receive back from ************* the money I paid to him.
