    On March 7 I contacted the company for back yard work, weeding front and back of the house and mulching and new Bermuda grass in back yard.On the same day I was told if I gave him CASH, he would discount $500.00 from the bill.I accepted it and after looking at the contract I handed him $1700.00.The job was supposed to start at 9:00 the next Wednesday March 13 at 9 AM On Wednesday no one came so I called the office and was told it was between 9am and 10PM, yes at night! I told her I wanted the owner ****** to call me, no one called.The next day at 11 AM two guys show up that they were the crew, the clean most of the yard, trim the plants and mulch my garden, at 4 pm they were leaving, and I told them about the rocks in the back yard still got weeds, the orange tree needed trim and the from palm still needed pruning.The next day no one came, I called the office and *******' phone no answer.The n the next week on March 18 I called and got the excuse that one guy was sick and the other had problem, she told me that ****** would call me, no one called.On March 19 I call the office twice and no one answered or called me back I called ****** who answer this phone and gave me the story that one guy had problem and the other had a baby but someone would be by Thursday, he promised, no one came, I called the rest of the week both phones and no answer to my call or recording. Finally on Tuesday 26 ****** show up with the story that he was trying to get guys and one just had a baby, etc.He did the orange tree, cut the back dead **** and clean the rocks of weed then he said he had to get his 30-foot ladder for the palm but would be back.From the beginning I told him I knew about the complaint to BBB, but I was willing to give second chances, WHAT A MISTAKE DID I MADE.!How can a company like this one and many other can make a joke of the system and BETTER BUSSINES UNION NOT REPORT THEM to the licensing board and allowed this people to continue to operate?As a Veteran disable person, we are always a target for unscrupulous companies, and it seems as if the government and the laws are there to HELP THE CROOKS
