    I paid just under $200.00 for a P.O. Box for 6 months, was told before I left town that if I needed it forwarded somewhere there would be a $10.00 fee. I called today, 3 1/2 months after getting the box to have it forwarded and the woman on the phone informed me it would be $10.00 plus the shipping fee to forward me the 8 regular sized envelopes, because I questioned the fee, she got very upset and proceeded to tell me how she was doing me a favor by taking the call and not helping the customers in front of her, as if my call wasn't important, and as if I wasn't a valued, paying customer, so I said to her, I am a paying customer as well as the people in line, and surprisingly her nasty, rude, unprofessional remark was she's a paying customer every where she goes, I then replied paying for the box was one of the worst decisions I have ever made, she literally told me she can no longer help me and hung up on me. So after this review, I need to find out who I get a hold of to report this *** Store for withholding my mail. "Obstruction of mails" is the specific legal term used in the **** Code (18 **** Code 1701)This store has the worst people with attitudes, who know nothing about customer service, I have said nothing that gave her a reason to hang up on me.

    No customer assistance at all kept my package for 3 months with no concern stated that since it was an international package that customs may have package but I know it was not true at all. The store employee by the name of Shannon who is excellent was the only one who have concern about my package I dropped off 3 months ago. Owner and GM never wanted to reach out to me for any help or assistance NOT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE AT all. Shannon called and stated that they found my package and it never got shipped out so all the running around and the calls I made to this store and nothing and no apology from the owner or the GM regarding this issue. This is a zero in my book and Shannon you are wonderful as you should be running that store with your friendly help after 3 months!!!
