    This company manages the rent of my condo since October 2021 and they have change the realtor in charge of my apartment many times. Now in July the 3rd, the realtor in charge called to let me know that they have made some repair without my authorization . As per my contract with the Company, that cannot be done, therefore they breached the contract , so I requested a meeting with the owner of the *** ,The meeting took place in August the 7th. The owner did not attend the meeting, only the realtor, and there I was offered to be reimbursed $ ****** out of the total amount, which never ocurred. I have sent several mails to the owner but I do not get responses.

    There is holes in the wood and our patio we're snakes are coming through and they're snakeskin everywhere and they still haven't done anything yet our tub is not going down right and the guy didn't fix it right the AC guy never came out 3 times in a row And there is so much more and too much to write but it's ridiculous

    We have had multiple concerns since this tenant has moved in that have been addressed to fullest of our ability. We are coordinating the repairs on behalf of the tenant and owner of the property. We are not the owner of the property and do not have the authority to use vendors that are not approved by the owner nor do we have the authority to complete repairs that the owner does not approve to be completed. We have always addressed Ms. ***** with professionalism and taken care and concern of her complaints. Unfortunately, our staff has been repeatedly yelled at and accused of saying things they did not say multiple times. The owner chooses to use their insurance company and selected vendors. We have always reported all of the concerns and gotten them all reviewed to be repaired. In the matter of the snakes, there was not any apparent infestation. Living in Florida and having just had a hurricane some of the wildlife has been displaced and have been found inside. Just last week, there was a snake in my own home as well. The owner did not opt to treat for a snake infestation due to there only being reported 1 snake in the home. In regard to plumbing, we did address this and did get a confirmation on 11/3 via our tenant portal system that the tub was fixed from Ms. *****. In regard to the AC, the coils were recommended to be cleaned by the vendor who came to service the unit. Even though this was not a mandatory issue or something that stopped the property from having proper AC the owner did opt to do this and they did finish this job weeks ago. The vendor went to the property at set times and says no one was there. The tenant says they were. This caused the owner to have extra fees and trip charges that the tenant was not charged for. Since these complaints were filed the tenants have had a few other concerns they brought to our attention that have also been addressed and are being addressed and responded to. We have multiple conversations and interactions with this tenant on these matters in our system. We will continue to address all of the concerns the tenant brings to our attention with the same prompt professionalism and resolve them to the best of our ability as per the owners approval.
