      Terrible company to deal with. Did not finish the job they were paid to do, even after they met with me and shook hands that they would finish it. It's been months now, and no one will even answer or respond back. Do not hire them.

      We were contracted for one project for this customer. Per the contract agreement, between Florida First Roofing and **** *****/*******************************, everything was completed and it has been paid in full. There is no other work to be completed on this project. According to the Brevard County Inspector assigned to this permit, there were other issues unresolved beyond our scope of work. Those issues were structural and had nothing to do with our company. Please reach out to ************** with any questions regarding these other issues. The scope of work this homeowner is talking about is on another property which were not contract to do. He should need to provide BBB with proof of such contract of the project in question.

      Avoid this company. Did a really bad job on our roof. After the job our roof is leaking and they are avoiding our calls. Got a second opinion on the roof and the other company could not believe what they are seeing.


       


      UPDATE:


      The company redid our old shingle roof and replaced it with a metal one. They fixed our problems and we were happy with the outcome.
